His detailed descriptions of element 115 (moscovium, later synthesized in 2003) as a gravity wave generator, gravity amplifiers, and reactor configurations have remained consistent over decades and correlate with observed UAP flight characteristics that defy conventional aerodynamics.

Beyond Lazar, multiple military and intelligence personnel have claimed knowledge of crash retrieval programs. These accounts, while varying in detail, consistently describe craft of non-terrestrial origin, recovered biological materials, and technology transfer operations conducted under extreme compartmentalization.
