So, you know, maybe we'll just get right through to it here, guys. So, you guys jumped on because you saw my post that uh we are planning to show an image of the meters tonight and we are going to show an image that at least partially shows the device as well or at least an older version of the device from over a year ago. So, I have told you guys that the entity I signed the NDA with has produced over Unity devices. They've produced over 30 over Unity devices and uh I told you guys that I would be providing meters. So while we've been waiting for the demo model to be completed and to be able to show those meters, uh I chatted with the entity a little bit last couple days and we've got an another one that we can show here. So we're going to do that today. We're also going to uh pick out people to get the giveaways for the remote internet pass for the Cosmic Summit. I think I've got I don't even know exactly how many I've got. I think I've got like five to seven. So, I'm going to give them away until there aren't any more left. So, I'm going to do that based on my Twitter account. That's what we're going to do tonight. And then we're going to cut out early because I've got to get ready and pack up to head out to the Cosmic Summit myself. So, thank you for noticing my sweet haircut. Now, presumably there's no level and standard of proof that will uh meet the evidence for the debunkers. No matter what I show, I I'll show it in just a sec. Chill. Uh no matter what we show, there's going to be people there saying that it's fake or whatever. Like that's just how people operate. So, I want to be upfront with the plan. I am going to show this image uh in just a moment here. And then when the demo device is done, we'll have similar image of the demo device to show people as well with uh partially showing the device potentially but definitely showing the meters. And then I will be going in person as well to video myself and take pictures with the device and see it for myself in person as well. And not just on the internet, not just through the videos I've seen already. So going to be pretty sweet. Uh, got to fix up the setup to show the sign properly. What do you think? M and even though I'm showing this, I'm not going to still I still can't answer any questions about how the device operates, but you know, you can glean some information off this picture, no doubt. Now looking at this image, you can see the voltmeter or multimeters, whatever they're called, down here. So I'm just going to run through with what you can see here. What we are looking at over here is over unity. Uh you can see the input on the left is 97 watts. You can see the middle one is 183 watts. This is the output. So this is almost 2.0 coefficient of performance right here. Uh so coefficient of performance is the difference the ratio of the output to the input. So in order for it to be over unity to achieve what we would refer to as free energy from extracting energy from the ether it would uh this one on the right just has to be bigger than the one on the left. So you can also see uh an image of the device up here as well. Now this is cut off I believe uh because this is an older model I don't know exactly this exact specifications of older model. So I will repeat that this is a electromechanical device that does have uh moving parts in it. Um you can also see the volt meters here are steady. So the volts average is 11.2. I think this one down here is what say 11.7. And then this one over here says what 11.5 or something. So for my electrical engineer experts, you know, you should be able to tell what you're looking at here, right? So pretty neat chat. Now you guys understand what I've been saying about this as well. And people are like, "Why don't you open source it?" I'm going to repeat why I don't open source it. Okay? And I and I've talked to the uh the entity as well about this here. This is a still image. We're not going to have video yet. This is just a little teaser taste. A lot of people were like, "Oh, they're not going to show the image. Blah blah blah. Not going to show the device." Well, we're showing part of the device right there. For people who know what they're looking at, you probably have some idea what's going on here. I can't go into any more depths on this. Um theoretically, anything can be hoax. So debunkers are going to say that I mean I don't know what the people are going to come with up with honestly but this is part of the reason why uh I'm showing the image to get ahead of whatever people are going to claim. There's infinite number of excuses people will claim and uh I will go see it in person and take video in person as well. So uh you know and we're going to this is not the demo model just to be clear. This is an older model that was from over a year ago. I told you guys that this entity had produced these devices and produced over 30 of them. I was able to get an image of m of the meters from an older device. Uh along with this what Oh yeah. So what I was going to say is that even if we open source this to people the problem is people would do exactly what I was talking about which is they would fail to reproduce it and then they would claim that it's fake. That's what would happen. So that's part of the reason why we're not open sourcing it. There is technical expertise that is required to get it to work correctly. Um so it's it's very similar situation to the LK99 scenario where with LK99 um you know people just they they got a partial recipe and then they failed to produce it and then they just said it was fake. So, this is part of the reason why we're trying to get it out there and sell it to people that uh know and believe that it's real that are willing to sign NDAs because if we get it to enough people, then there won't be it doesn't matter if people fail to reproduce it. Like, we're literally in an information war related to this technology. So, there you guys go. Is it dangerous? No. Uh I don't think it's dangerous, but there's people produced them. I don't think it's producing enough like uh energy to be dangerous. As you can see, I mean, even this one is producing 100 x almost 190 excess watts. So, you know, it's not uh this thing's not like powering superc conductive harmonic orbs, you know, we're not we're not up to those scales, but uh yeah, pretty interesting, guys. Uh let me see what if there are any questions I can ask about it. Um, Bernie, uh, I'm trying to think about how to do the giveaway. We are going to go through the the giveaways as well. So when people are already attacking the price point, I gave you guys the price point that is probably in the median which means it would be in the middle right there uh of depends on how much power you want to produce. I don't know the size of this one compared to the median. I would guess it's on the lower side potentially the one that you're looking at here, but I don't know that for a fact. uh and it can be prod it can be scaled up to go much higher but people are already attacking the price point that I said of 40 to 50,000 that price point I set out there because I don't want to have people think that it's going to be like this cheap device and I wanted to to give people a ballpark for a device that could power their whole potentially a small home. Um so that's why we threw that price point out there. Uh once again the price is highly correlated to the cost of the materials. So, I don't know. Is Baker's Tut joking? I think he's probably joking. I hope you're joking, man. If people are gonna like think that they're going to uh are are people really going to try to push disinformation and claim that we took a old v picture from somewhere else? It wouldn't surprise me if the bunkers are that dishonest, honestly. No, no, no, no. This image is not 14 years old. I guarantee you that. So, pretty funny. I I could already tell that uh people are are definitely going to be lying. So, go ahead and and give me the link to the the thing that you says is 14 years old. I can't wait. Yeah, sorry. You couldn't even uh you can't even reverse image search this because you don't have the image. So obviously you're lying. But that's what's going to happen, right? So, now that I've done this, like the the feds and the disinformation agents and the debunkers are going to try to find some narrative to push, right? So, what I'll say is that this looks very very similar to what I saw, but this was not what I was shown firsthand when I saw the uh the device in operation. So, I want to make sure that this isn't a situation where I'm being uh you know misled related to this here. Yeah, I mean, I'm always going to have to assume that it's possible that I could be uh misled, but it does look like I'll pull the video up just for perfect uh transparency related to this. I got figure out what's going on with this tight shot on them so that uh you can read them throughout the duration of the demon and uh see that I am in fact achieving over unity. Uh the meter here on the left shows will show the amount of power being consumed by the system meter in the I I don't think this voice is the person that I am uh the person that I that I'm working with. Okay. [Music] Yeah, I admit guys, it's definitely sus. That's why I need to get an answer to what the situation is here. I mean, I'm looking through our messages to see like Okay, here's the answer. I've misrepresented what the situation is. This is not one that the entity produced themselves. This is not one that the entity produced themselves. It is similar to what they've produced. This is not the one that they produced themselves. I misunderstood the situation. This is one that is is similar to what they produced. So yeah, I'm getting clarity right now. Um, okay. Yeah. Okay. I get what the situation is. Yeah. So I Yeah. I I thought this was one that they directly produced, but it's actually one that's similar. So on the plus side, now you guys get to see more information about uh how the model that we've got is produced, but I do have to take back the image that is I thought was from one of the ones that they had produced previously. I misunderstood that apparently. I'm looking back through the the comments and I can see that I've misunderstood it. I'll have enough. So, I'm going to shut that off and turn the system on just to uh build up a little bit of uh excess power in the battery. Enough to operate the inverter. So, um you can see once the uh I'm going to play this for you guys for a second while I uh try to get the from uh increase in the battery and um once it runs here for few seconds I'll have enough power in the battery to operate the inverter. So, you can see here the the power in the battery will start to climb quickly. Tells me there's residual power enough to operate the inverter. I turn the inverter on. Got my 200 watt light bulbs plugged into it. So you can see uh the amount of power here being consumed by the system is 117 volts at 1.15 amps and uh amount of power being uh produced is uh 118 volts at 1.59 amps. So, um, we have over unity and then, uh, we'll let it run here for a bit so that you can see that the, um, power in the battery. It's going to just ever so slowly just increase in voltage and demonstrate that, uh, I'm not just simply bleeding power off the dead battery, which I couldn't anyway because it was basically dead when I started. So, um, okay. Going to let it run here for a few minutes, and you'll you can watch uh, in this meter the voltage of the battery as it gradually increases. Okay. So, I'm gonna mute this real quick. I'm gonna let it play here. So the situation is that this uh the person that made this particular device is affiliated with uh the entity that I that I'm working with and that this is a device from 14 years ago. It is a magnetbased device. So now you know how the device works in terms of what its basic function is in terms of how it operates. Um so it is a magnet based device electromagnet or electro um mechanical and uh so I've been told that I can say that in general related to it and yes this this device does here produce over unity that you were seeing and this is uh extreme similar to the device that we are are building ourselves the one that will be ready within the next couple of weeks. So I simply misrepresented the situation. I thought it was a situation where this was one of the models that they had produced recently but no it was not. This is one that somebody that they are affiliated with had produced it uh several years ago and it is a similar setup to the device that that they that the entity is building up. Yeah, this is a public version. So, apparently we didn't even know that this was out there publicly. Uh, so I'm kind of glad that you guys found it. And now we can say a little bit more about how it works cuz the information is already out there from this. So, you can see you can glean some information off of this. Now, I can already tell because I've seen uh the actual models that the entity produced that this isn't exactly the same, but it's it's very similar is what I'll say. Also is magnet based devices as well. Um, and if I have to, I can share potentially some images uh from the ones that they produce since this is not obvious clearly not one that they produced. Uh, no. The overn logos is still definitely headend. Like there's this doesn't change anything, guys. I mean, you can see the meters right here, right? You can see the meters, right? The only thing I regret is showing this image where I post posted the uh overunity logo on top of it because that's not technically how it operates. So, I'm going to show the rest of this then. I mean, I guess we're just going to show this whole video then. I was just worried that I was showing too much information that I shouldn't have been able to show. Yeah, I am going to end up revealing who the entity is in the future. I'm just trying to prevent them from getting a lot of uh backlash. Like, I've been getting backlash on all this stuff. Uh I haven't moved off MH370 at all for the record. What do you mean? How can you trust anything? I I mean, you're staring at a similar version of the device right here, right? Like, you're literally staring at it. You're staring at the meters, right? So, if this does change your opinion because I misrepresented the situation, I apologize that you're free to have your opinion change. This is why I said that I'm not going to sign any contracts with anybody. I still haven't even reviewed any of the emails yet. So, if it does change your opinion, that's totally fine. There's no problem whatsoever. So, let's go back to the beginning here. I'm going to turn the sound down a little bit. Showing doing a tutorial video so that you can see exactly how to build your own system, but that's in uh future videos to come. Uh the alternator is uh connected to my battery here, 12volt battery, which is um wired up to my inverter. Uh the inverter of course um converts the power from DC to AC 120 volt. For the record, I will be banning users in the chat that try to claim it's a scam. You're staring at the meters on this on this is actual video where you're seeing the meters as well, not even just the only problem with producing modified sine wave. I think it's creating a little bit of some little a little bit of a glitch in these meters. Um, so, um, you might see the overall wattage u jump around a bit, but uh, I think, uh, for the purposes of this video, it's it's going to be, um, good enough to demonstrate what we're trying to demonstrate. So, the in the lower lefthand corner is the voltage and in the lower right hand corner is the overall amp. So, people ask, why didn't anybody like the video? They didn't actually know this video was out there publicly. Those uh, digits are correct. So, uh, and then top line is the overall wattage. They didn't know that this video was out there publicly. Um, is the amount of power being consumed, amount of power being I just have to be careful about what I say about some of this. Um, produced is in the middle meter and the amount of power on the right is um, in the battery is demonstrated here. So, yeah, the most I can say is that this is a very similar uh, model to what we are selling that's out there. The alarm goes off of mine which gives away quite a bit of information about it, but because I don't have enough voltage in my battery. I basically have a dead battery here. So, there's not enough power in but not the whole thing. operate the inverter, I need more than 10 and a half volts. So, I'm gonna shut that off. So, if you're somebody who's an electrical engineer, here you go, guys. This is like a pretty solid basis for how the technology functions enough to I'm actually happy to show you this much information if it's already out there and I've been given permission to do so. Excuse me. Once the U alternator gets up to speed, the voltage will start to increase in the battery and um once it runs here for and just again for the record, I was my misunderstanding on the image. My misunderstanding. I'm reading through the messages and you can see here I misunderstood the way that it was being represented. I should have asked and been more specific on it. So, um we have over unity and then uh we let it run here for a bit so that you can see that the um power in the battery it's going to just ever so slowly just and for any comments that think that there if you have any ways that you want to say that we would need to prove that it's not whatever reactive power whatever let us know I'm happy to show whatever needs to be shown to prove that watch in this meter the voltage of the battery as it gradually increases Yeah. So, I'm going to show we're going to do an in-person demo so that people know that it's not a joke with me there uh with the actual demo model before any contracts or deals are signed with anybody. So, just to be clear with that for anybody who's interested. Honestly, the fact that this video is out there helps because this means that it's open source information that's out there. Uh, which means that I can't get any trouble for revealing any of this stuff either. Are there other questions about it though? I am very sure that the entity is not taking advantage of me. Although I will admit that I did have paused with the image when people said they found the video, but I've looked back through my messages and I can see that I've misinterpreted the situation. Uh so I do apologize for any misin representations of that. Uh that was not what I meant to to uh I didn't mean to mislead anybody on that front. So you can see that this is like I've said a mechanical device, electromechanical device that does move. You can hear the sound. So you can hear it's going to make some noise related to this as well. Now what I saw from that they had actually produced real devices they had produced it is slightly different than this. I can't go into details about how it's different but it is slightly different but it is also a magnet based device. This it's not it's not we're not this the voice here is at least I don't think it's Salvatore Pas. I mean I guess I shouldn't say I I don't know who that is. I think I've explained why this device was this image was sent because this image is an extremely similar one to the one that is the demo model. Um, hold on. Let me let me see if I can say it. Okay, I think I have more information I can share that'll help uh clear some of this up. Just being careful. Yeah, they knew that there was video. They just didn't know that it was publicly on YouTube. I honestly prefer if the information's out there. You can see that u hold on, let me see if there amount of power is um being produced is uh greater than the amount of power being consumed. And I'm uh slowly building up power in the battery. Uh so uh just going to shut it off here. And you're going to see how the u power in the battery is quickly consumed since there wasn't really much residual in it to the point where the alarm will go off here on my inverter as soon as we get under 10 and a half volts. So, we're going to do here another demonstration for you of uh my free energy device. And um I've got kind of a Yeah. So basically this was uh a joint effort that was to try to bring out a device many years ago that is based off of or that the newer device that the entity I signed with had based their design off of. So that's what I can say about it. So let me clarify on this. I'm being as transparent as I can on this here right now guys. is that this was a device that was an older design that was uh uh that somebody that they were affiliated the entity was affiliated with that they made a similar version of this device that we are seeing right here. So the thing that I got wrong was it was not one that they directly made it was one that they based their design off of. So hopefully that clears up the the confusion related to this. Yeah. And this has been a it's a group effort in terms of uh producing these devices. And so the entity I've signed with is one of the people that was in the group that uh attempted to bring this stuff forward in the past. And once again, the reason why I got that image is because as you can see here, that image is showing over Unity right here in the bottom of right about here. I think this is about the screenshot right where you can see in the bottom. If I remove this, this is where you are seeing over unity from this device. As I've said before, they knew the video existed. They didn't know the video was on the internet. Uh, can you confidently say you understand how it utilizes negative entropy? Based on the difference between the device that I saw and what we're looking at right here, I have a pretty good idea of how it is producing negative entropy. Yes. Let me see what other questions we have. Is the flywheel necessary or just demonstrating the arbitrary work? Uh I don't know that I have the technical expertise to answer that question honestly. So as I've said before, we are planning on showing screenshots of the reason is we don't have any devices currently available. All the devices were already sold. So that's why we're waiting for the demo model. The plan here was to get people excited by showing people an older device that had the meters on it. That's what the plan was. Uh what I what I misrepresented was that the fact that this was not one that they entity that I signed with had produced directly. It was one that they were affiliated with had produced that's a similar model to the ones that we are we are building. So when the demo device is complete the demo device works very similar to this and we still plan to show the meters from the demo model in the next couple weeks as well as me flying out there to show me with the device. Although we probably won't be able to show exactly how it's different from this device, but now you have a pretty good idea of how it works. Hopefully that answers those questions. The idea is that it does take power in, but you can have it unplugged because it can loop the power back into the device. Again, I can't say guys exactly how it works. You guys can see for yourself. So, you've already got more more information than I planned on giving out. So, you can figure out what you're looking at and how it works. And um I've verified these are in and those Hey, if you can find any ways in terms of how it doesn't work as well, I'm happy to take a look at those. to be honest. So yes, this does prove that there have been attempts in the past to bring over unity forward. So now you guys are understanding what we're dealing with in terms of the uh attempts to discredit and dis and disinform on this topic. So people have tried to bring the information out there in the past. This is a very similar setup as well. Why do they need me? The pretty much just because of my influence. That's pretty much the only reason why they need me, chat. Cuz that's why you're seeing it right here. What did Manda say? So, if anyone's trying to claim that that's something obviously that's just something that they pushed out there and that is uh because I don't have enough voltage in my battery. So, we're going to let it play one more time. And yes, just for the record, anybody who buys a device that wants to see the actual device, not just this, uh, variant that is a prevariant produced by somebody else that they were affiliated with, uh, you know, they can absolutely see it for themselves. Uh, all they have to do is sign the NDA before they purchase and they can come see it. You know, that's always been out there. Nobody's trying to be scammed or anything like that. I never claimed as well that this there's no way to fake this. I've never claimed that the bunkers are no matter what you show, people are going to always claim there's a way to fake it. There's there's nothing to be able to argue against that other than people just coming and seeing it for themselves, signing the NDA and purchasing the device for themselves. I'm staring at pictures of the device that they sent me that is similar to this device, but is definitely not the same. In fact, I I'm looking at two different versions of the device that they've produced. Okay. So, when people ask me like, "How have you seen something you haven't seen?" I have seen like when I signed the NDA, the video and the video and the the images I've seen are similar to this, but what I'll say from looking at them is that it is um I can tell right away when I look at this why it's different from what I'm looking at right here. Okay, I can't go any more details than that, but that's that's what I can say related to it. And once again, we will produce uh similar video to this with the actual demo model that shows the meters. The first thing I'll show is I'll we'll give you guys image with the meters and then I'm going to be there in person to show it to you as well. So if anyone wants to debunk it, uh the challenge is out there guys. Challenge is out there. So uh you know making vague arguments on the internet from anonymous accounts isn't isn't debunking. I did not realize that it was an older model from somebody they were affiliated with and not one that they had produced themselves. So yeah, uh I cannot explain what's happening in the video. You saw the video, you can come to your own terms on what you see happening in that video. What you can see is you can see the meters in that video that I just showed that does show it over unity. It shows more energy or more uh watts coming out than it's going in. That's what overunity is. Uh the price is variable depending on the num amount of wattage that you need out of the device. So if you are interested, you can send an email. I am going to be reviewing all the emails that I was sent. I probably have like 200 or so to try to start whittling it down. Once again, uh anyone that's willing to sign the NDA, it can be explained to them by the manufacturer exactly how it works. You just have to sign the NDA. Uh I don't know the exact mechanical life of the parts. What I can say is none of the devices that they've already sold have had any mechanical or maintenance issues related to them. What I will say again is that just because you have a PDF out there does not mean that everybody's going to recreate it correctly. So, uh, if you've listened to Thomas Bearden, there are calibrations that you have to do to devices like this in order to get it to produce over unity. You just saw a video that was showing over unity. I don't Does anybody deny that what we were just looking at in that video? I don't think so. Yep. For the video, you need a continuous load that pulls a decent wattage and power that is sustainable that can disprove a battery source. I agree. I agree. The plan is to try to show that's a little bit difficult because you need it uh to be running for like a while, especially because some of these devices as well need to have batteries connected to them to store the energy that they're producing. So, you need to be able to show that it's been operational long enough that there's not an external battery source. You're right. You're right on that 100%. Uh, where is the excess energy coming from? The excess energy is coming from the space-time ether all around us all the time. I don't think that this small one is going to be able to power your Cessna. It is pretty quiet like you just heard. That is probably very similar to the to the noise f uh uh the the volume that the actual device that we are selling will produce. So, it's pretty quiet. If you just close your door, you're not going to hear it. Yes, the device is getting this energy from the ether, the, you know, all around us. However you want to think of it, man. We got a full video. Okay, so give it your best go. So somebody claims that the magnetisms of those magnets would lose magnetism that it take thousands of years for them to lose their magnetism. Like how do you you guys have magnets, right? You have neodyinium magnets for example. I've got a couple lying around. You think that they're going to how quickly you think they're going to run out of magnet magnetic uh uh how do you think they're long it takes for the magnetic fields to deplete, guys? So hopefully debunkers don't try to use that argument because that's not one that'll be very easy to uh that's not going to last. That argument is easy to shoot down. I'm actually sitting here looking for arguments for why people think that that device that we just looked at doesn't work. If it's ether energy, it should be producing neg entropy, but it's also moving. So, it's going to since it has moving parts, it's going to it's going to actually heat up as well. So, the overall temperature change isn't going to necessarily be determined just because it's taking energy from the environment. If it would had no moving parts and it was just producing energy from the ether, then I would say yes, it's going to cool down. It looks like D4C Lite is just reading off of Wikipedia, but doesn't have any actual rational reason for why it can't work. They're just literally reading Wikipedia. So once again, challenges out there. Uh, we might show the device to certain people that are willing to sign the NDA, but we'll see. I mean, for JM I I think you just saw the device, man. You just saw a version of the device. So, that was magnetic gearing, was it not? You guys are the experts, but I'd say that does look like magnetic gearing. Yeah. So, I'll repeat what I just said previously. I thought that the image that I had been shared was one of an older device that the entity I signed with had directly produced. Turns out it was one that somebody that they are affiliated with or they were affiliated with in the past had produced and that their device is based off of that design. That's what I can say related to it. So they found it people found that there was a video out there. They did not know that that video out there was public that that was even out there. So, I just confirmed that with them. Uh, and they said that actually that's fine, that they're happy that that video is out there because it gives people more information and it protects me because it means that I'm not giving any information out that might be uh proprietary or controlled. So, I'll show I'll pull that up one more time, I guess, for people that are coming in late. And then I want to quickly do the giveaway as well. We're going to pick some people out. For Bruce, like this is why this is what happens with the debunkers in general is that they just make false claims openly and false assertions. I've always said I 100% support people going and doing their own thing. I'm going to repeat though right now for you guys that it does take highly skilled engineers to be able to let's say tune the device to uh work properly and produce over unity. So don't go out there and try to make a device and then fail and then say this proves that it can't work. No, it just means that you don't know how to do it. So, I'm gonna issue that right now for people before people try to claim that they made it and fail, which I know is going to end up happening for sure. Okay, bro. Whether or not you understand how it works, that's 100% on you, 100% for you to figure out. If you are somebody that's interested in purchasing it, it can be explained to you after you sign the NDA. over unity is more power out than what you're getting in. As you see here, you can see 160 183 watts out. You can see 97 watts in. So, this is producing roughly 87 watts of excess energy. You don't have to sign a down payment in order to sign the NDA and see it, but we will be limiting the total number of people. We just don't we don't have capacity to build a hundred of these devices. Can only build a couple at a time. So, uh I if people are interested, we are going to be vetting people to figure out what their interest is, what their purpose for the device is, etc. before we dig into any questions about NDAs. And then after you're comfortable with the device and you've signed the NDA, learned how it works, after you've if you want to come and fly out and see the device, uh after that, then we can talk about money and and purchasing it. This is not a situation where you have to pay anything up front. It's not how it works. Yeah, it would be funny if um Andrew Tate said that. It' be good. Yeah, this kind of tech is going to attract the highest levels of attacks that are out there. No question. As you've already seen here, guys, I mean, it should be pretty apparent like we just had like 10 people attack us and not a single one of them could debunk this video. They couldn't even debunk this video. So, I just want to point out right now, the debunkers couldn't even debunk this video. And this isn't even the one that I've seen. They can't even debunk this. And this has been out there for 14 years. So, I wish them the best of luck trying to debunk this. I really honestly 100% do. My guess is they're not going to have any logical arguments for why this has been debunked, but we'll see. Uh, no. Chris Bailey. So, this is wrong. Obviously, this is wrong. So Chris Bailey's argument, let's let's address Chris Bailey's argument. I can address this one. So he says it must have friction from moving parts. Therefore, it can't be producing over unity because it can't be having losses. That's not true. That's not true. If you can produce excess energy, you can still have loss of energy. You're thinking in the classical terms of a closed system. If your system was closed, this would be like that you have entropy. You're having heat be lost. Therefore, it can't be 100% efficient. But if you have a non-equilibrium system, meaning it's getting energy from the out, it can still it doesn't have to be 100% efficient to produce over unity. So Chris Bailey's argument right here is objectively false. This does not debunk this doesn't even debunk this video. So this is what I these are the kind of arguments that I'm expecting. I shared this picture and I was under the impression that this picture was an older model of the device the entity I signed the NDA with had produced. And after I reread the comments, I realized that this was actually one that somebody that they knew produced and that they built theirs that was similar to this design. Uh, and so people were like, "Oh, no. This is a 14-year-old video." And I was like, "Wait a minute, what?" So I went back, we looked at the 14-year-old video, and I did get confirmation that their design is based off of this design, but slightly different. Or I'm not I don't know how I'm not going to say slightly different. I don't want to quantify it. It's the same overall idea but a different design. Let's say that. And so then we watch the video of it which do I still have the video up? I don't have the video up right now actually on any of my screens. So, we watched the video of it and actually the video shows that these uh spinning wheels here have magnets on them and you can see the magnets interacting with one or I don't know whatever you can see the readings here and these this this still image does come directly from the video and it does in my opinion conclusively show over unity we are seeing more energy out 183 watts this was just a screenshot uh versus 97 watts in. So, this is producing what we would refer to as over unity. More energy out than is being put into it. The debunk attempts. Uh, God, where's the video chat? I really already made the video go away. Um, let me let me pull it up real quick so I can just speak to it while I'm going over this one more time. So, let's change our screen share. You can listen to this. You can watch this video for yourself. You can feel free to try to debunk it however you want to try to debunk it. Um, I'm already pretty confident there'll be no way to debunk this video because I know that the overunityity thing is real. So, uh, you know, give it their best go. The debunks we heard is the magnets will eventually run out. The magnets would take hundreds of years to run out. So, that's not really a problem. You're going to produce so much energy, you would have been able to recharge the magnets any number of times. Uh, as of right now, there is no maintenance requirement for these and we potentially will have a guarantee in the contract that we would uh help maintain it as long as you're not tampering with it or whatever. And then um you can actually hear the sound here as well. So you can see he starts it up here like does he I forget what he does right here. So you can see there's rotors on this particular one as well. um causes them to work in unison. Uh the reason I'm using uh magnetic rotors instead of gears or belts is that um with gears and belts I would get just merely a transfer of motion. But with magnetic rotors, I'm actually a able to achieve um uh energy production and uh part of the load that would otherwise be um on the motor itself is relieved. And so, so because there's no belts, I mean, you can just listen to the explanation for yourself. I'm actually not going to do the explanation. You guys can watch this video. You can watch any of the videos you want from them to learn how to do it yourself. I don't want anybody to say that we didn't do it open sourced anymore cuz this is giving away plenty of information for everybody who's out there. Okay? So, if you want to do it for yourself, you've now seen more than enough from this video to figure out how to do it yourself. You can recreate it. We would like that for sure because as you can see from this video, most of the debunks are going to say, "Oh, it's a green screen. It's AI. There's a secret battery." Or all this other [ __ ] people are going to claim. Nobody can debunk the science related to it. That's what you're going to find. Um, so but no, we actually don't want people that are going to blast it on social media. We don't want people that are So, if you don't have a social media account, honestly, you're probably going to move up higher on the list of people. So, uh, what I'll say again is as you can see like the the, um, materials related to it can run into some money, so can the labor and the manh hours related to setting it up to configure it correctly. So, this is part of the reason for the price point. Now, when I dropped the price point and said uh, that the median was 40 to 50,000, it can be less and it can be more depending on exactly how much energy you're trying to produce. So for each individual that we sign with, you will we we want to figure out exactly how much energy you want to produce and that's going to determine the size of your device that will we will come to an agreement on what the price point will be just like any contract work that is out there. Okay? So no, you don't have to pay $50,000 for a device. They can get a lot cheaper, but you're going to have a lot less energy output. Just to be 100% clear with people. And you can see from looking at this as well how you could scale it up and down pretty clearly, right? Like looking at this device. So now you guys hopefully have a better context for exactly what you would be purchasing. Um so yes, it does work. And this is also why like you can get some context for I mean you can look at the overunity right now. So uh I don't know what happened to this meter over here, but if you go back here, you can see the wattage out and the wattage in. Oh, he turned it off. So, um, the reason why the watts go to zero here is that he turns it off. So, once it's created over, how do you turn it off, right? Well, you stop feeding the input back in. So, once you press a switch and you stop having the input feed back in, then that's why you're seeing this go to zero here. And then it's going to slow down. That's how it'll work, right? So, I think he said, you can literally listen to him say it as well. So, he turns it off here. And now once you flip your switch and you stop having to feed back in, what happens? It's going to slow down. And that's exactly what's starting to happen here. It's slowing down. There you go, guys. So, the goal here is, you know, and just to be honest with you, I'll give you guys a price range. I never I didn't expect to give a price range. The price range can range from anywhere from probably the lowest for the smallest device would be like $5,000. The most expensive ones are going to be over $100,000. It all depends on how much energy you're trying to produce. And I can't give anyone a direct quote. I just want to give you guys a ballpark. So when I said median five 50,000, that's in the middle, right? So again, it's going to depend on exactly how complicated and big you want the device to be. The question is, what's the tradeoff for paying back the price of the device over time? that's going to be based on how much you pay for energy. We don't know all of that. Um, but early on the alpha stage, that's probably not the number one reason why people want to do it. Number one reason is probably because it's cool. Uh, number two reason is because you can essentially have energy independence. Uh, you can have green energy. You can have a device where if the power grid goes out, you're still producing power. So, you don't lose power. And then the idea here is after we begin to sell some of these, we can ramp it up economies of scale, bring the prices down, and then make it more and more affordable for everybody. That's my literal goal. I'm being 100% honest with you guys about that's that's what my goal is. I want to be able to get these devices out there to everybody and make them more efficient and better. So, I can already tell you the device that I saw that the entity actually produced themselves that they showed me at the NDA was even better than what I just showed you guys right there in that video. I can't go into more specifics, but I can just say it's better than that. So, uh, pretty cool. Okay, any other questions? Yeah, expensive solar panels. It is right now I would say it's somewhat comparable. Somebody was already saying that they were ready to spend they were about to spend $30,000 in solar solar panels. To me, the question would be, how much kilowatt hours are you getting out of the solar panels relative to what you could get out of this device? My guess is that it's going to be a little bit more expensive than what a solar panels would cost you, but that's a good comparison in terms of what you're trying to buy. And it's the same reasons, right? You get solar panels because you want to have independence. You want to have green energy. The benefit of this device is it doesn't depend on the sun. You don't need sun. So, this is something where you can live somewhere where you don't have sun all the time and you can still have a very good efficiency of power generation. So, okay guys, any other last questions before we drop off for tonight and uh since I have been talking about the entity. Oh yeah. Okay. Okay. So, this is what I'll say. I I've been talking to Andy. So, don't let your dog eat the device. Don't let your children eat the device. Don't go tinkering or throwing the device all around.
