gatekeeping it who are the people that researched it and when you dig into this Zero Point Energy technology you find out it really does go back to a very small number of people you can really name them and if we assume there is some advanced technology out there that the government has and you say okay well who would the people be then that are GateKeeper this knowledge if there is this technology out there it's actually pretty easy to narrow down the list of suspects and right at the top of the list is a man named Harold POF Harold Poff who's worked with the CIA Hal Harold POF worked at the Stanford Research Institute worked on uh remote viewing like a bunch of spooky stuff got involved in UFOs oddly in the 80s just got involved with UFOs out of nowhere and also then wrote like a dozen scientific papers on Zero Point Energy so let me pull up these real quick uh so let me switch my view I want you guys to see this because I'm as sure that this man Hal Poff is the prime gatekeeper of Zero Point Energy technology as I am that Edward C Lynn leaked the MH370 videos the Hoff that's a pretty good name for him chat that's a pretty good name the man is a legend look at how old he is 88 years old pretty sure he's got the anti-aging serums going on or whatever because I if I look at this good at 88 years old then I probably got the Zero Point Energy technology going on the first one that comes up his ultraterrestrial models he's talking about ultraterrestrials like aliens but like from here engineering the Zer point field and polarizable vacuum I mean this is just what we get when we Google his papers and when you go to his papers you see that his papers go back like look at this Quantum ground States is equilibrium remember chat on Monday we were talking about up and if the end result is a positive then they will give us disclosure and if the end result is negative then no disclosure if you think I'm kidding you if you think that this is too insane that would be affected by this and then on each one we you're going to have to grade them on scale from + 9 to minus 9 as to the level of impact and whether it's positive or negative okay so we started out just has to do with particular list that we got so then I talked to other people that wrote other lists and said you know we came to a negative number also well make a long story short it turned out there's so many areas to handle and there was no way to handle them all at the same time and so the final result was therefore believe said we're going to recommend that we don't go forward with this vacuum fluctuation some degree and that's what's causing the resistance you're basically swimming through the background fluctuations with a warp drive you're basically swimming that's what you're doing distance we call inertia but how would you actually um contract space time to do that I mean what what effect could you put out there to have that well we know from switching over the general relativity side of it that uh you can look at the equations um whether you're using standard general relativity or some of the other approaches to General relativistic type effects and very strong field strong masses I mean the mass of the Earth affects the space around it uh which thinking in terms of Z point energy is affecting the distribution of 0 point energy so there's the other piece too the mass of the earth is affecting the distribution of 0 point energy what does that mean chat it means Gravity the mass of the earth is impacting the Zero Point Energy huh that actually makes sense so no wonder there's this gravity is now related to the Mass of course it is you can direct the beauty of 0 point energy you can direct you can insert 0 point energy into physics without it messing equation f = ma where the mass time the acceleration equals the force if you create a force you can um generate a mass that would have an effect on Space we might generate a force it would move a mass
