And this is the craziest part here is that I'm seeing this exact behavior that we're seeing in the woke disclosure movement as I'm seeing on the woke right regarding this Charlie Kirk situation. Because here's the the thing just now in the last couple days I see these posts that people like and retweet and there's been dispute over whether or not Charlie Kirk said his wife should take over for him. Number one, it doesn't matter. That's not anybody's decision except for TPUSA. That's why I don't talk about because I don't care and it's not my it's not my business. But Candace Owens and the woke right have decided it is their business. They've said this is our business and we're going to make it our business. And she has repeated that this never happened, that Charlie Kirk never said his wife should secede him, even though it doesn't matter. Well, TPUSA released a video of him literally saying it at the Aspen event in 2025. Literally saying the exact words, "My wife should take over anything that happens to me." Saw the video. So, they immediately claim that it's AI. Of course, they claim it's AI, right? They have to because if he's really said that, then they've been lying this whole time. Okay. Now, you may say, Ashton, why are you talking about this? You've had the video that they just released that you've been asking for. The one that says Charlie Kirk, his wife should secede him. You've had that video the whole time for the last seven months going back to last year. And there are posts of Candace Owens saying, "I'd like to see that video. I don't think it exists." While she literally had the video, there's Candace Owens saying, "I spoke to people at the Aspen event and they don't remember that happening." while she had the video of it happening. Are you guys starting to get why I called Candace Owens out yet? This is not an honest person. These are not honest brokers. They're not good faith actors. And this is the same [ __ ] the UFO people are doing. If Candace Owens had proof that that was never said, she would have just released it. the video she's had for seven months. If that didn't say if that did not say that Erica Kirk should succeed him, she would have just released it. She knows it's in there. She knows he says it in the video that she has a copy of. Multiple people were at the event and they heard it. I just I'm sitting here wondering, how are people this stupid? Now, this is big. If you have been living under a rock, what's been going on is that the UK basically gave up the Chos Islands, which includes the base of Diego Garcia, and said because we like did some mean stuff in the past, we're going to give these islands to Maitius. Why Maitius? I don't know. Well, they're close by. We're just giving it to Maitius. So, honestly, the idea was already stupid as hell. Already dumb. Like, why are we giving up land where we have a military base and then why are we giving it to Maitius and then why are we giving it up at all? Just deal with the fact that you stole it and you murdered a bunch of people and you took the land. It is what it is. You can't make up for that sin by doing some dei crap, which is what they were doing. Now, why is this so amazing? Because I literally called this I literally called this or more specifically, Senator Kennedy called this. And also why it's interesting is that this is where everybody says MH370 went. And to be honest, I can't find a lot of fault in it. From everything that I've independently found about the missing plane and those uh videos of the plane being teleported, which you saw at the beginning of this live stream, the plane was being teleported west from the Nicabar Islands. If you go look at a map, you'll see that west is uh the Maldes, just north of Diego Garcia. And there was a real sighting of a bunch of people on those islands that saw the plane in the early morning flying to Diego Garcia south towards Diego Garcia. There's nothing there. It's just the ocean. So, I don't find it that unreasonable. And even if you don't think the plane went there, which I'm not really convinced. I think the plane's just in the water somewhere near Diego Garcia. No one's no one's looking for it there. But even if you're not convinced, this is a secret military base that was discovered, exposed to have a CIA black site. This is our most secret military base, possibly more secret than Area 51. So why would we give this island up? And you might say, "Well, Ashton, we don't control the UK. The UK technically controls the land and we lease it from them. But still, we're America. They're our ally. They'll do whatever we tell them to do. We should have put our foot down. Now, you want to blame somebody, you blame Joe Biden for this. You blame the organic broccoli buying NPR tote bag wearing Biden administration. They are absolutely the ones that let this deal go through. They had plenty of time to contest it and shoot it down and they did not. Now Trump has stepped in and he's been vocal against the deal repeatedly and there's only one senator who has been against this very vocally. His name is John Kennedy and he deserves all the credit if this ends up happening. If we end up buying Diego, which is a no-brainer, no ever I don't know how much this island is worth, doesn't even matter. We can afford it. And if they don't feel like selling it, we can just take it. Let's just let's just be honest. We're not It's not going to come to that, but we could. Listen to this clip. It's only been reported on right now. But just think about that. Reason why here is I'm showing you how politics is really played out. The deals are never done. Politics deals can always be undone. Deals can be changed. Things are corrupted. And this is going to become important because in a minute we're going to look at the Edward Lynn case and we're going to see how they covered up the MH370 videos. How they covered it up. how they hid it in the case so that nobody was going to be able to figure it out. Because the reality is this, we would have never figured I would have never figured out Edward Lynn was the leaker without those videos. Never in a million years could we figure out Edward Lynn leaked those videos. You have to see the videos, understand the context, and then you can understand that he's the guy that leaked it. Now, one more thing on the politics side. Not really, but tangentally. Have you noticed that my detractors claim that they are they attack me because I'm a liar and I'm a grifter and I'm I'm hurting people by making money off of a lie. That's their argument. And if you ask them and press them, at first they won't answer, but then eventually that's what they'll claim. Now, I can prove that's fake. I can prove that's not really their reason why they're doing it. Why? Because look at Candace Owens. She just literally admitted she's been lying for seven months. Seven months of making probably thousands of times more money than me. Probably thousands of times more money. admittedly and none of them are attacking her. She's been making up fake stories about people all the time and they don't ever attack her. Probably not once ever. They've never attacked her. So, they're not trying to stop. They're not mad at people who are grifters. They're not mad that people are making money. They're not mad that people are lying. That's not what they're upset about. What's really going on, this is the absolute truth. They're afraid they're going to get caught. They're afraid that we're going to find out their real information and I'm going to end up being proven right and that we're going to look back at all their posts and that they're going to face accountability for having tried to cover up these videos either because they were idiots or because they're spooks. That's what that's why they're in my replies. And if you want proof of that, go look at my replies about the Edward Lynn case. Go look at all those. I haven't blocked any of them except for the ones that were literally making up fake stuff about me, literally posting pictures of my family and girls that I dated like 10 years ago. Suddenly, the literal people that claimed they remade the videos, Tony Adams is one of them, that were pretending that they were VFX experts on Reddit, that Grock literally references them in their posts on Reddit as experts are now suddenly legal experts. Suddenly now they understand how NCIS proceedings work and they understand classifications and and and they know for sure that Edward Lynn didn't leak the videos. They know even though they've never seen the secret evidence that we've proven exists. They know he didn't leak the videos and they know we shouldn't be talking about the case and there's nothing to look at in this case and that we should look somewhere else. Absolutely amazing how people that were pretending to be fake VFX experts are now suddenly legal experts and experts on military proceedings and evidence in in military cases even though they were the ones lying before saying that there was no there's nothing that could connect this guy to the case or to the the plane or the time period. And it turns out now there's a lot there's a lot that implies that he was part of the case, part of the situation or the MH370 situation. So I just that needs to be pointed out. And why? Because if I'm right, no doubt there's a disinformation operation. If I'm right and those are real videos, the government literally might be obligated to pay people to lie about it to try to cover it up. And I would say, look at how these people are acting and whether or not they're just retards who are just dishonest or whether or not they're actually paid actors. You tell me how they would be acting any differently. How would they be acting any differently if they were being paid? They'd be acting exactly the way they're acting now, pretending to care about the truth, pretending to care about grifters and how much money people make while literally ignoring the people that are literally grifters and literally making millions of dollars lying. Right? That's how you expose them. That's how you can tell their dishonest intent. By the way, now let's dig into it. Oh, and one last point on that. That exact thing is why I call out the anti-Israel skits. I actually don't have any problem with someone hating Israel. People hate all kinds of people all the time. And I try not to blackball people because of their weird hatreds and biases and what have you. That's not a problem. Never been a problem for me. Hate Israel all you want. Just stop lying about your intentions. When I hear the people go, the people that are saying Israel killed Charlie Kirk, they go, "We're the only ones trying to get the truth." No, you're not. You've never been trying to get the truth. You are literally making up a fake story because you hate Israel and you seem unable to admit that you have that bias and that that's what you're doing. Just admit the truth. That's literally all that's all I asked from Chad of Investigate Earth. And that's all I asked from the skitsos. Now, let's dig into this Edward Lynn case. I missed something big. Going to pull this up real quick. [clears throat] Oh, and yes, I am talking about the gray zone as well. I wasn't even going to dig into this because I have a whole another guy. They have a guy, the Greyzone, one of their journalists, who's literally a paid protester who just got outed by this YouTuber and being in dozens of events, being on the payroll, being paid by sketchy NOS's, nonprofits, whatever. It's like I I'm just going to say I told you so about Max Blumenthal. I told you so about the Grey Zone. And I told you these people are paid propagandists. You didn't want to listen because you were biased. I'm sorry. It wasn't because I'm like paid by Israel or love them or whatever. It's just because I can't stand liars. Sorry. Sorry, fam. Okay, [clears throat] now that we've dealt with that, let's dig to this. [snorts] I'm trying to remember the exact scenario by which this occurred here. I was scrolling through this because I was I decided I needed to like understand the case even better than I do now. I wanted to understand the the chronology of each of these documents and I wanted to go back and read the publicly available articles to try to piece together the context of what happened in this case. Now, here's the reason. When we reviewed the Edward Lynn stipulation of fact last week, the big thing was the story doesn't make sense. There's something missing from this story. The guy had been charged with espionage. He was facing a death penalty. The crimes that he was admitted to, if we add them up, he took some documents that had classifications on them and he got caught and he threw them away. He had journals in his house with notes on them of personal notes about operations presumably and he had been talking to Taiwanese counterpart who is a Taiwanese foreign agent. But there's no in this entire case. Oh, and he lied. He went to Taiwan and he lied and said he was going home to Virginia or whatever. So, he's definitely lied, but there's no espionage in here. In fact, there's no information. There's no evidence that leaked publicly that damaged anybody. This is the problem. This is why I say, "What's the probable cause?" Well, according to the public documentation out there, the probable cause into Edward's case is a tip from early 2014 after he joined the VPU2 Wizards. And guys, I'm not going to pull up every source right now. I used to do that in the day, but let me just tell you what you can do. You can pull up your phone. You can pull up your AI of choice. You can put the live stream link in here and you can say fact check this and confirm it against the evidence. That's all you have to do. So, uh, so Edward Lynn's story doesn't add up. There's a piece missing out of this story. What's the probable cause that led to this? whatever it is was right after he joined the VPU2 when he joined them in midFebruary 2014. So, right off the bat, the tip perfectly matches up with MH370 disappearing. Right off the bat, the videos say on them received March 12th, 2014, and there's a big delay of like eight weeks before the videos hit the internet. The story that makes sense to me and aligns with this case is that Edward Lynn leaked the videos to somebody else and then that person put them on the internet or they gave them to someone else and put them on the internet. And that would make sense. That would make sense in terms of what's missing from this case. It would actually make sense in terms of that being the probable cause. Someone saw Edward Lynn recording videos and taking them when he shouldn't have been. And they said, "You should check this guy. I saw him doing something sketchy. Check him out." Because here's the deal. All those things in the case individually aren't that big a deal. Certainly not spend the rest of your life in prison. I'm sure there's people that go home and take notes and they just No one ever finds the notes and nothing ever happens. So, the case is missing its main ingredient. There's no underlying thread that connects all this stuff together. And when you look deeper into each individual piece of evidence, you realize it doesn't even seem to add up. For example, the two Chinese contacts that are mentioned in the in the stipulation of fact, they're not spies at all. They're just random like massage parlor workers. They're just happen to be Chinese. Government admitted they're not even spies. You're like, "Wait, what?" So Edward Lynn, I'm actually a little confused about this, but I think the idea was he went to Hawaii when he joined the VPU and that's where he meets the Chinese ladies on the internet maybe, but it's unclear as if this is connected. Now, let's dig into the case because what I wanted to show you first off is when I was scrolling through this, I found an additional document, one that I didn't review before. There's actually one additional document in this whole thing that I didn't previously see, and it's right here. [clears throat] Okay. Right here. Well, there it is. [clears throat] Department of the Navy, General Court Marshall, Navy and Marine Corpse Trial Judiciary, Central Judicial Circuit. Addendum to pre-trial agreement part one, dated April 26th, 2017. Why is this date important? This is the same date that Edward Lynn agreed to the plea deal. This is the same date Edward Lynn said, "Yep, I will plead guilty to these charges, the ones that they reduced." According to everybody, here it is. I understand that in return to agreement to this pre-trial agreement that in return to agreement to this pre-trial agreement, my plea to charge 4 specification 2 involves major changes to the specification. What chat? I swear I never read this document before yesterday. Okay, I did a live stream and there are multiple posts of me on Twitter saying that charge 4 has to be the videos as far as I can tell. Why? Because charge 4 is related to all the time period where he talks to the FBI time period where he talks to Janice Chen. Seems to me that's got to be where the videos leaked out. And if the videos were what this guy leaked, they have to hide this from the case. This actually can't be in the case at all. The more I think about it, the videos don't even have to be in the case because if anybody comes and looks at this, they need there to be no way anyone can tie this back to MH370. And obviously the videos easily tie it back to MH370. We got the plane in the videos. We got coordinates. So they needed those videos to not be in the case. That's why when we read the case, it doesn't make any sense. How did this start? Why did you even do this? Why did you find these relatively minor offenses, but then decide to charge the guy with espionage? What was the evidence that they were charging him with espionage at all? None of the things they revealed have anything to do with espionage. They never even claimed that he shared anything with China. You have to actually be intending to give something to our foreign adversaries. Let me go back to this. I have discussed this plea with my defense council and changing the nature of the specification is in my interest. Holy [ __ ] [laughter] Are you kidding me? Changing. So the government's doing him a favor here down reduc significantly reducing the charge [clears throat] in consideration for the benefits of this agreement. Why would they need to change the date and time of the offense and get him to agree to that? Holy [ __ ] They needed to make sure that it doesn't overlap with MH370. They needed nothing in here to say March 8th, 2014. They needed nothing to say the dates anywhere near MH370. And even so, it still overlaps. Even so, it still overlaps. That's crazy because here, I looked into this. This is highly unusual. This thing they did here means the government was afraid of what he had. That's what this means right here. This isn't some. And this is not the only time you're going to hear me say that tonight because this case has a bunch of things in here that scream government was terrified. We need to make this go away quietly. Wow. They let them change the date and time of the offense of the specification. This is why I was so confused before because in earlier they have all these edits and I can't tell what the original date and time of these specifications are or the daytime locations of these. Sometimes they say Washington DC, sometimes they say 2012 to 2014, sometimes they say 2015, sometimes they say Hawaii. And I think they were making it intentionally confusing because he leaked MA370 videos. So, whatever the dates are, just make it confusing as possible. Wow. Okay. Wow. I just got to read it again. I wave objection to the major change of the time and sight of the specification. Further, I affirmatively wave any procedural objection related to this specification as accept as accepted and substituted, including a right to pre preferential notice. Okay. uh referral or UMG UM UCMJ advice referral service and the five-day waiting period and arraignment. Pursuant to these terms of this agreement, I agree this specification as accepted and substituted is rightfully before this court for acceptance of my plea. Okay, one more thing I want to say when you listen to this. [cough and clears throat] If you think I'm full of [ __ ] that's totally your right. You are allowed to believe that. I'm not here to tell you that, you know, just disagreeing with me or whatever makes you unfit, doesn't make you evil. But I am here to tell you this. We should all agree that we want to see what's going on in this case. Why? Because I have tied myself to this. I have said this is the guy that leaked the videos and it could be anyone on earth. If those videos are real, it could be anyone on earth, but it's not. It's him. His case doesn't even have to be about the videos. But it is. I don't even have to take this risk. I could just say, you know what, let this play out. the science will eventually come out and be true and vindicate us, but I'm not. I'm going all in on this, and this is the most suspicious part. This is something that I can be proven wrong on objectively. If I was wrong about Edward Lynn, they could use this to bury the videos. All they have to do is get him to come out, say he didn't do it. All they have to do is reveal the case and show that he didn't leak the videos and that would just prove Ashton Forbes is a nut job. He's randomly accusing random people who have nothing to do with it. It would disprove everything. Why don't Why aren't they doing that? Why aren't they wanting that to happen? Why are the people that don't believe me, why are they saying to not look into this? Why are they saying that they don't want this evidence revealed, especially after the circumstantial evidence is quite overwhelming that he's involved? Quite overwhelming. Keep that in mind. So, when people try to tell you not to look into this, that you shouldn't be asking this, that you shouldn't be trying to seek this evidence, cuz I'm going to give us many ways to prove this. Be careful of their motives. Now, there's more. I'm [clears throat] going to scroll up a little bit here. lot of interesting information in this that I kind of glossed over. I did talk about, but I glossed over a little bit. First, I want to talk about the classification reviews. And there's actually personal details that Edward Lynn put in here as well. What am I looking for here? Oh, I'm going to pull up my uh let me pull up my Twitter because I think I have the all the details pulled up on my Twitter. A little easier to find. [clears throat and cough] Switch over this one. Okay, first thing is I want to point out this part of the case. He asserts that the evidence he presented demonstrates that he did not intend to harm the United States when he provided national defense information to those he knew or believed to be foreign agents. Nor did he do it for personal enrichment. This right here shows us why what really happened. At least this gives us insight. Edward Lynn was not a spy. He gave somebody the videos that he probably trusted or they took the videos without him knowing. These are the stories that add up to the way this case already played out. This is already history. This is history we're reading here. This case already played out. Edward Lynn only went to prison for six years. And even though he was court marshaled, he still acts like he's in the good graces of the Navy. because he is because they came to a mutually beneficial agreement that nobody was going to talk about what happened. This was not a malicious act that he released these videos because he wanted to harm national security, but it did it did harm it. He says, and this was part of the appeals. So, this was the judge in the appeals. And the judge in the appeal says, "Weighing against the appellet's otherwise commendable service and conduct is the seriousness of his misconduct, which included providing classified information to foreign agents." Now, let's be honest. Janice Chen calling her a foreign agent, technically she's a registered foreign agent, but the way they're phrasing it like he was a spy, that's not what he was doing. He was friends with her. He made a relationship with her. They were living in America. Did he say stuff he shouldn't have? Yes. But when they frame it like we had to put him in prison for 9 years because what he did was so serious, that doesn't line up with the publicly available case. Nothing that we can see in that publicly available case indicates that this was a serious thing that this guy had to go to prison for nine years over. I think it was General uh who was it? No. Uh General Petraeus, right? General Petraeus told his girlfriend something and it was classified information very similar to this and I think he got like a month. How much did he get? General Petraeus sentence two years probation. General, former CIA director and General Petraeus sentenced Tuesday to two years of probation. This was in 2015, for sharing classified information. I'll pull this up real quick. We'll come back to that. [clears throat] So, if Edward Lynn just released some classified information, he wouldn't have got nine years. This was a former CIA director revealing information. He only got He only got parole. He didn't even go to jail. He didn't even go to jail. So, what Edward Lynn did must be actually serious. Like legit serious. Like not joking around. Haha. Totally serious. Pillow talk. Okay, let me pull up some more here. I'm going to go back to the case. A couple more things I want to point out. [clears throat] This I I may have misconstrued. We'll see. I have said that this shows Edward Lynn was fleeing to China. Technically correct. Technically correct. On or about April 2015, I electrically signed my leave request which said his home in the United States. The leave request was an official document. This request he'd be away from the VPU too. And it was totally false because he planned to travel to China. He intended to travel to the false address or he intended to travel and ignore the false address. when he was traveling to China from from uh Hawaii, he was arrested. That's when he was literally arrested. So, the government came to a plea deal with this guy. And right before they arrested him and caught him, he was trying to flee to China, which if I'm right about the videos, that was an operation against China. Now, we might now understand why the government was so terrified. Why was the government so terrified? Because this guy was ready to flee to China with all the information he had about our national security because the government was going to railroad him over these videos getting on the internet. Let me present a possible scenario. MH370 happens and Edward Lynn is part of the operation. He's a tangental part of the operation on the VP YouTube. He knows about the operation. Janice Chen asks what happens. Janice Chen, he tells her what happened. He says, "We did it. We did it." She goes, "What? No way. You have to show me proof." He says, "Okay, I'll do it." He records proof and he says, "Can never show anybody this, but this is proof that you know that it really did happen. And she goes ahead and she puts it on the internet. She betrays his trust, puts it on the internet, and he realizes, "Oh shit." Okay, if nobody knows, nobody's going to be able to know I leaked this, right? There'll be no way they can trace this back to me. I'll just play it out like nothing happened. I'm going to break ties with Janice Chen. No more contact with Janice Chen. She screwed me over. But if I just ignore this, maybe it'll be fine. Right now, he gets arrested. This honeypot situation happens. He has no idea. The honeypot situation happens. He has no clue that the FBI is on to him. He starts talking to her and he he reveals information and somebody calls him up and says, "Dude, you're in big trouble, buddy. They're coming for you." And he says, "Okay, I'm going to flee the country." Gets ready to flee the country. They pick him up. Whatever. Something like that is is roughly what I think happened there. Now he's probably realizing he got screwed over. He's going, "Oh crap, they're coming back because those videos they found out. They traced it back to me." But he's realizing they probably can't prove it very well. And if he were to just start blabbing to the media, he knows about an illegal operation. So this is where morality comes into play. Now, one of the things that Edward Lynn said in his publicly available news articles about him, he says that he's broken in spirit. This is after a year of confinement. He says he's broken, disgusted because of the damage what he did could have caused. Think about that. He gets told these videos are on the internet and yeah, nobody paid attention to them. Nobody realized they were real, but you could have totally screwed us over. Look at how much damage. Think about how much damage those videos are going to cause. People's careers are over. People are going to jail. Companies are going to be bankrupted over them. like the lawsuits over MH370 will be never ending for the next 50 years. Never ending. So you think about all the damage that he could have caused and it all starts to make sense of why they treat him, why he was so broken, why they were abusing him in prison, why they were terrified that he was going to talk. It literally has to be the videos. And every time I run these details over in my head, how he was treated, his case, the secrecy, the reviews, which we're going to talk about in a second, I keep thinking it just literally has to be this exact guy. And this case literally has to be about the video. It has to be about the missing plane. The case is about the missing plane. It's about exposing the operation of MH370. So, that's why we're going all in on this bad boy, chat. All in. Okay, where is this thing? Here it is. [clears throat] This is pretty interesting. And this is more evidence that I'm right. It says on appeal, the appellet raises three assignments of error. The first thing, so these are the reasons why he was arguing against his sentence. Number one, he says, "I didn't get a speedy sentence." Kind of a [ __ ] one. You just throw that in there, right? Hoping for the best. But number two, the military judge abused his discretion by admitting into evidence as aggravation caused by his misconduct that was hypothetical in nature. This is Edward Lynn saying that the judge's main evidence, main argument was that the damage I caused was hypothetical. What if if people had realized the videos are real, this would have been terrible. That's his main argument. And then the third one is that the sentence was inappropriately severe, which I just showed you is true. General Petraeus got two years probation. Edward Lynn got nine years prison after a plea deal. After the plea deal, after they reduced the charges, he got nine years. So the second part, I mean, basically shows it. And I want to point this out. Edward Lynn's lawyer said the evidence in questions available on the internet that's out there. Go read the news articles. Edward Lynn's lawyer, Larry D. Younger, this is from 10 years ago, said the evidence is available on the internet. That's their argument. To me, it seems like that argument is them saying, "I didn't put these videos on the internet. I might be responsible for how they got on the internet, but I didn't personally make the decision to put them on the internet." That's what this all lines up towards. Why? Because that also explains why the judge is using hypothetical damages as opposed to real damages. Because Edward Lynn didn't really give these videos to China. He didn't really try to hurt national security. He just could have hurt national security, right? And this is not the kind of thing you don't go after somebody like this over some notebooks. Oh, you kept some notebooks in your house. This could have hurt us. We're going to put you in. No, that's not No, no, no, no, no, no. You only go after someone like this if they did harm national security. If the information did get on the internet, but then you covered it up and you covered it up well, right? That's what this implies. Where's my other thing? Boom. Boom. Where's my other one? I have another screenshot here somewhere. Oh, there's that Kai guy. There it is. Okay. [clears throat] [sighs] This is another one of the major major details from the Edward Lynn case. My god. This is part of his agreement in the case. In fact, I think let me go find the original part of this. It's too much work. Here we go. The government and I agree to not object to the admissibility of the following documents. Stipulation of fact pertaining to packcom OCA review of the evidence and then the additional reviews of the evidence. So, these are the governing military bodies that decided that looked at the situation, decided they have an interest in the leaked evidence. I think if AI is correct, there's like 14 total, maybe more. And these four are the only ones that said this pertains to us. Should we review what the four are? Now, this is important because that means this wasn't random. Oh, we just said everybody should review this. Uh-uh. This means these four reviewed it and they found the leak evidence directly impacts them either. And here's what's important. This means this is not general. He didn't just tell somebody about how Gorgon's stair works. If he told somebody how Gorgon's stair works, then it would apply to everybody. Everybody that uses Gorgon stair would be applied to it. But not all of the bodies weighed in. Only these four weighed in. This implies that it was an operation that he revealed. That it was an operation and that the bodies that were involved are the people that were involved in the operation. Are you ready to hear what the bodies are? Number one, OP NAV. That's the naval That's the top naval review body. That's the Navy. The office of the Navy's top leadership reviewed the evidence. That makes sense. VPU2 wizards. He was Navy. Makes total sense. Paccom, Pacific Commu, Pacific Communication or Pacific Command. Pacific Command controls all the area. I think they even control the Nicobar Islands. I think they control as far west as the Nicobar Islands, all of Japan, the Pacific Ocean. Pacific Patcom makes sense as well. J- Sock chat JC Joint Special Operations Command all the special operations flow through JSOK chat. In fact, the commander of Jac in 2014 was Joseph Vodel. General Lieutenant General Joseph Vodel, who is now a strategic advisor. You can't make this up. He's now a strategic adviser to Sierra Nevada Corporation. The same Sierra Nevada Corporation that produced the Gorgon Stair whammy in the video. Can't make it up. I wish you could chat. Jacock reviewed the evidence. Give me any other scenario by which Jacock would be reviewing the evidence if it's not a special operation. How many special operations could he have been revealing between February 2014 and May 2014? By the way, we've narrowed the window down. Now the FBI tip comes in early February after he joined the VPU2 and his communication with Janice Chen cuts off May 2014 according to the court documents and they made major changes to one of the specifications to downplay them to help him out and he gives them full control over the dates and the locations. Totally reasonable stuff chat. totally reasonable. So, Jacock reviews this. And then the last one, which is the most perplexing one, Africa Command seems like a relatively small military command. Why in the hell would Africa Command have any interest in the Edward Lynn case? He's not even deployed to that region. Oh, wait, wait a minute, chat. Where did they find debris of MH370? Which continent was it, chat, that they found that debris of MH370 again? Help me out, debunkers. Help me out, people that say I'm making up the videos. They found debris, chat. But they found debris. It washed ashore in where? Oh, it washed ashore in Africa, not in Australia near the supposed crash site. All the debris, which is only a few pieces, washed ashore in Africa. Huh. And now Edward Lynn's evidence. Thank you, chat. Edward Lynn's evidence was reviewed by Africa Command. Well, that's pretty bizarre. That's pretty specific, huh? Okay, so this is where I say, guys, can we all agree? Even if you don't believe me now, I presented enough plausible evidence from directly from the court documents that you got to be a little at least curious. Even if you don't think he's the guy, you got to be curious like is he is he the guy? Like cuz he's Ashton's kind of presenting some strong arguments here. Hard to just throw this out here. Those are the only four bodies that reviewed his evidence. Now, let me tell you this. You want you want to hear the good news? We're going to win. How are we going to win? Because every single time you see something like this, this is something that can be foyer requested. This is a document that exists. And this is what the government hates the most is that the government has red tape everywhere. There has to be documents for everything they do. And the people that don't know how to foyer request, like I didn't know how to, they just say, "Give me all the documents." and then they just deny it because all they have to do is take one document that they don't want to submit and they just say, "Sorry, we're not going to give you this request." It's great if they want. When you request just this document, we know it exists. The OCA review by JCO for the Edward Lynn case. And here's the best part. You can request a classified or a declassified version. Go ahead and mark it up in black as much as you want. I don't care. [ __ ] I got enough evidence out of this that I already know what's going on. Now all we need is just one word. We just needed to say Gorgon stare wide area motion imagery. Just we don't even know what I needed to say. I didn't even know the Edward Lin case was going to have all this information in it. So now you realize, damn, there's going to be proof in one of these here where it's going to talk about a missing plane, talk about a date. All we need is one date. All we needed to say is March 8th, 2014 on one of these documents. It's game over. It's game over. So we're foyer requesting all of these. And yes, please go ahead and do your own foyer request, but let's not gum up the system with too many. I want to get mine fulfilled, Chad. I want to get mine fulfilled. I want to get the answers here. Okay, so this is a pretty huge yatsi moment in addition to the pre pre-trial agreement to downplay the charges. Now, in addition to this, the very next page, I don't think do I have the screenshot here? Okay, let me get back to the other thing then. I'll find it now because the very next page is interesting. We have been getting told by the skeptics, by the debunkers. Oh, wait. That's not it. They've been telling us Edward Lynn didn't leak. This doesn't make any sense. He would never do this. He was a great guy. Whatever they make up. Where's the part right there? Oh, and they said that he didn't release anything that is related to, you know, videos or anything that could be connected back to him. And I say, well, this is why, chat, you should never listen to Redditors who claim to know everything when they don't. What's the very next thing when we go to this? So, this is that paragraph I was just showing you here. This is Edward Lynn in his own words agreeing to the plea deal, the pre-trial agreement. I'm just looking to see if there's anything else I want to see here. These were the specially negotiated provisions um let's see copies of the classified materials that form the basis of charge one. Okay. So, these are the things that they do not object to being sent in the trial. Now, right in the beginning, I don't know if that's necessarily related to the videos, but I want to point out there are classified materials, quote unquote materials that are related. I think this might be related to his private notes or maybe his notebooks. Can't be tell, but there is definitely documentation in this. Now, if you look at the very next few points, there are emails between them. So, for the people that were saying that, oh, well, it's just verbal communication, whatever. We There were definitely emails between all these parties. So, all it takes is one attachment. All it takes is one attachment on one email. Game over. You got the videos. Right now, they're on the internet. So, there is definitely evidence in this document that this is more than just verbal communication, and it pretty much has to be for them to be taking it this seriously. Let me see. Um, what else do I want to look at here? One sec. Um, one other thing that I want to point out is this. Somehow this operation must have been above board. It had to have been above board. Like this must have been an operation that was in the gray area. I can't really figure out how they could have rationalized this. I mean, I' I've been the one to argue and say that it could have been asset denial or, you know, maybe it was just some operation. The plane was in the wrong place, wrong time. Who knows how they argue it? But it must be legally covered up because Edward Lynn based on his own testimony of his of the situation wasn't trying to reveal this. Wasn't trying to get it out. Wasn't trying to expose it. Wasn't trying to be like, "Hey guys, we did an illegal operation." What he was trying to do was he was trying to impress this woman. He was trying to say, "Hey, what you see in the news, that's not what's really going down. If you want to know what's really going down from a political standpoint, you know, talk to me. I'll tell you what's really going down. We're doing these operations the plane. We got this super advanced technology. We're in a battle with China. Nobody knows about it." And she's going, "No way. I don't believe you." She's going, "I am like I'm connected at the Taiwanese embassy and I would know." And he's going, "Uhuh, babe. I know. Here you go." and then he shows it, right? That's how it goes. That's how it plays out. Uh, okay. So, then last thoughts on this, I'm just looking at my notes here. The main takeaways that I have after reading through everything all again is that he didn't mean to leak these videos. In fact, somebody proposed that he may have been hacked. China hacked him and then they leaked the videos. I'm actually leaning more towards that way than I was before. I still think that he of his own free will gave the videos to either Justin Cow or Janice Chen or one of his contacts and they put them on the internet. But the more I read about this, the more it feels like it was really an indirect leak. like he really was doing he was collecting this information but he really never intended for it to get out and that seems counterintuitive to him just giving somebody classified videos. I mean like here you go have some classified videos I trust you right so it's one thing to just be talking about things and say hey we teleported a plane because you tell somebody and they'll just say they'll just deny it. It's another thing to be like, "Oh, here's videos that prove that it was the United States conducted an operation on MH370, especially if it's a legal operation. If it's illegal, you would be like, "Here's an illegal operation. Here you go, CNN. I sent five copies of CNN and another copy of the New York Times." So, that's my feeling on that. Now, not to change the topic entirely, but a little bit one more thing I want to bring up. Um, there's another news article recently that happened. I think it was right after our last live stream. Rush allegedly stole $40 million in gold. You may say, Ashton, how does this relate to Edward Lynn case? I want to show you what real corruption looks like. This guy supposedly was making up things on his resume and was stealing gold and basically expensing it as project expenses and then just put in his house. And why this was big, why this is should scare the hell out of you and scares the hell out of me. I'm reading that this guy was in the Directorate of Science and Technology in the CIA. The exact spot that I have been saying is where they're hiding this technology. I agree with the UFO people. CIA director in science and technology is where it's at. And the scariest part, this is the best argument. This guy is the best argument for disclosure. You might say, Ashton, you say that this technology is doomsday. It is. We're going to all die from this 100%. But do we trust people like this with this technology? No. Hell no. And this is the problem. There was no oversight to catch this guy because the projects that he was hiding this in are special access programs. And when there's no oversight, what happens? Massive fraud. Criminal activity. The moment you give this guy no oversight and you're like, "Hey, nobody can review your special access." He's like, "Okay, give me $40 million in gold bars. I need it right now." You're like, "Wait, what?" And I guarantee you they could have caught this dude four years ago, right? I guarantee you they could have caught this dude the Biden. Everybody just turns a blind eye to the to it, right? And now you say, "Okay, if this dude is stealing $40 million worth of gold bars and expensing them and there's no way to catch him, what else are they hiding? Is it really that unbelievable that they have plasma fusion orbs? This guy was hiding $40 million in gold bars and just expensing it on the dime and nobody had any oversight. You think there's no way they could be hiding advanced technology? Of course they are. You got to be out of your minds to think they're not gatekeeping advanced technology from us. Generally quantum is what we call the extra dimension without admitting that the extra dimension is real. All of these quantum effects are scaled up or can be scaled up macroscopic effects which is essentially what we see from the Salvatore PI patents and gravity manipulation in general. Quantum effects scaled up usually are manipulated interacting with zero point energy in some way. Measuring waves in 3D. According to the Army Research Labs, is the first time this has been measured using a quantum sensor. Yeah, this is the part where I'm going to go ahead and call [ __ ] Almost no way. This is the first time. And the traditional sensors use usually measure the strength of an electromagnetic field in only one direction at a time. The ARIRL developed quantum sensor can see both the direction and motion of the electromagnetic field providing a full complete 3D picture. Despite the device only being a few centimeters across, it can determine the direction of the incoming signals within an accuracy of about 2°. So you mix this thing here with your ghost murmur and now you can imagine the capabilities of our surveillance state.
