And uh if he doesn't want to do that, then he's got a loss on the record. Ashton wins. Okay, let's get to the facts. Let's get to the details. Let's get to the fun stuff tonight. Enough of all that. I don't even want to focus on that. I want to focus on pushing forward with the content. Something amazing has happened. And the four orbs website person uploaded the case file right after the Andrew Wilson debate was supposed to happen or at least I found it on the internet after the debate was supposed to happen. And we're going to go through it tonight right now. Now high level what is new and what was already out there. A lot of the documents were already public. Some of this stuff relates to Edward Lynn as court marshal. It basically is all of the public court records from his confinement and court marshall reverse chronologically for the most part all the way down to the new document that was never released in Edward Lynn's case, the stipulation of fact. The stipulation of fact in the court trial is the details of what the person did for why they're getting punished, why they're being tried. So, this is a huge document because this is the closest we can get from the declassified perspective on what Edward Lynn did. And the other thing that's important about these documents is that these documents also give us a rough timeline for what all happened high level. This is what I'm going to tell you and then we're going to look at the documents. I've looked through everything multiple times now and I probably need to look through it again. Here's my perspective. He did leak the MH370 videos. The entire case is about the MH370 videos. That's my impression. I'm going to go through the details of why I think that, but the overall story of the case only makes sense in the context of something major. There's a lot of holes. The timeline of the case is from 2012 to 2015. However, what this really means is in 2015, the FBI did a sting operation on him and basically got him to admit that he was leaking information. 2012 to 2014 is when he first met Janice Chen of Taiwan. 2014 12 while he's liaison to Congress from the Navy in this special role, he meets Janice Chen and he begins a relationship with her. Sometime around May 2014 that ended. How do I know that? Because of the dates in the case, the dates in the files. So there's a very specific window of 2012 to around May of 2014 where something happened. I think that what happened was he developed a relationship with Janice Chen, other Taiwanese counterparts, and he was recording information. He was recording stuff from his from his missions, from his operations. He was bragging about it. He was showing people it. And one of those things was the MH370 videos. And I think that's what triggered the whole investigation because the big thing that's missing in this in his whole case is there's no what do they call it? What was the um uh plausible uh what is it? What do they felt? Um god damn, I had it in my head. I'm struggling now. What was the thing that led them to even look into him? Think about it like this. If all he did was tell a couple Chinese and Taiwanese spies secrets about our weapons. Yeah. What was the uh not the motive? How did they figure it out? How did they figure out he was leaking information? You would say, well, one of those people would have had to say something. And it's not plausible deniability. Pro probable cause. Thank you. Probable cause. What was the probable cause? What was it that led them to figure out that Edward Lyn? That's what I want you to think about when we go through this case. Because when you go through the case, they have stuff about, oh, well, he went to Taiwan and met somebody. It's irrelevant. Doesn't actually matter to the relevance of the case. They say, "Oh, he was talking to these Chinese and Taiwanese people who might be spies. So what? How did like how did you even figure out about that?" and and then he was making other things that were admittedly deceptive. He was doing things that were deceptive. But the question is, how did they even figure that out to begin with? And the answer to that question is the videos leaked on the internet. the MH370 videos leaked on the internet and they saw them and they knew that was related to either VPU2 Wizards or Joint Task Force 519. They could narrow down the number of people that leaked that footage very significantly. But the problem was you need proof. You need absolute proof. And those videos weren't put on the internet by Edward Lynn. So the government had to honeypot him and have the FBI go after him with a honeypot to get him to admit that that's what he did. Because here's the other question. Why did they even honeypot him at all? If all this [ __ ] that he did where he was taking classified information, lying about his records, uh talking Taiwanese, if that's all illegal, why did they have to honeypot him? They should have just arrested him then on the spot. They honeypotted him because they didn't have enough evidence. They didn't have proof. This is actually more compelling evidence that he really did leak the videos in 2014 and the government found out about it later on and reverse engineered it like we did and figure out he's the guy. First, I want to read the general judges assessment of how this went down, which I think is this part. Actually, you know what? Let's just go straight to the Oh, okay. that this is the general public's understanding of the case. On September 11th, 2015, Edward Lynn was arrested in a sting operation where he was prepared to fly to China. He was lying about where he was going. The FBI stung him and they had apparently a 15-monthlong counter intelligence investigation. Okay, so let's just go backwards. 15 months from September 2015 would be September 2014 minus three more months is August, July, June. So I can do math right here and I can tell you this means the FBI's investigation began in June of 2014. Let me say that one more time for you. The FBI's investigation into Edward Lynn based on the facts of the very first paragraph are that it began in June of 2014. That is one month after the first video was posted on the internet and just a couple weeks after the second video was posted on the internet in June 5th of 2014 or June 12th of 2014. How's that for timing? That right there proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the FBI's investigation began right after the videos leaked on the internet. Undeniable fact right there. The debunkers, the skeptics have been lying intentionally on the internet, lying, saying that this had nothing to do with the videos. They've been lying and saying that this investigation began in 2012. You can you can look on their profiles right now and find the proof of them saying all this. And I want you to understand right now, I just proved them wrong in the very first paragraph of the very first document. That's all it took. That's all it took to prove every single debunker wrong about Edward Lynn. So when you listen to the people on the internet, and there will be even more after tonight, telling you Edward Lynn had nothing to do with this. Ashton's lying about Edward Lynn. How about Edward Lynn defend himself? He can contact me anytime he wants. Tell me he didn't leak these videos. I'm telling you, there are people intentionally lying on the internet because this is the biggest leak of classified information in human history. Human history. And honestly, I would be disappointed if they weren't running a disinformation operation. This is huge. They should be running a disinformation operation to try to hide these videos. They should be doing a better job than they are. This is going way too well for us. Okay, now let's go ahead and go to the statement of fact. I just want to get to the main details of this thing. Okay? Because all we've had to date is these charges here and the ones that he was guilty of, what whatever not guilty of, but they were very vague. We didn't really have any context around this. So, I have looked through this stipulation of fact in a lot of detail and I want to run through I want to read the whole thing for you and tell you what I think. But before I do that, somewhere in here, I might have to look for it while we're chatting. I couldn't find it before this. Somewhere in here, it does specifically reference 2012 to May 2014 related to the violations. I'm going to talk through some of the legal lingo in here as well because the way that they use the wording in the lingo, the wording of the language of the document is very important. Certain words like communicate don't necessarily just mean verbal communication. It can mean file transfers. When they talk about years and date ranges, they do so because that's the date range by in which the offense occurred. So, this actually gives us a lot of contextual clues to what happened with Edward Lynn's case. Okay. Now, where is our our bad boy here? Let's scroll down a little bit. I think it's down at the bottom. Okay. So, way at the bottom, here's our pre-trial agreement. I've got everything, by the way. We've got the pre-trial agreement. We've got the court marshall in here. Everything. And everything I told you before is true. They had a five-year five-year uh polygraph requirement because what they were afraid they they were terrified Edward Lynn leaked information. And this all perfectly lines up with the MH370 videos. You would be terrified if those videos leaked with those capabilities and this guy knows about it and can corroborate it. You'd want to make sure he's not talking to anybody about this. Yeah. And just I don't really like to toot my own horn or what have you, but I'm just going to be honest. What I'm about to read with you guys is the most compelling true crime story I've ever read in my life. Especially, I mean, if it is connected to these videos, it's the most amazing true crime story I've ever read. So, let's lay it out for you right now. How did they do this? Here is our stipulation of fact. These are the details related to the charges and what it all means. Now, I'm going to tell you, bear with me, the best parts at the end. First parts are basically just saying, I'm legit. I'm not crazy. I'm not having a mental breakdown. I agree to all this stuff. Okay, so that's the first part, first few points here. And then it starts with the specific charges. There's four specific charges that they have agreed to in relation to this. First one seems relatively generic. It lists these codes out and it says here that these were in fact from 2012 to 2015. So they're saying that the grievances occurred against these uh codes in 2012 2015. Now what are these codes? These are related to safety and storage of classified handling of classified materials of sensitive information. So if you're with a big um company or the government, they make you do these yearly updates like you got to make sure you know like for me it's like HIPPA. Oh, you got to know the HIPPA. You can't access anybody's chart unless you have a reason. That's like this. Now this may be contested. I only I didn't do a thorough review of this and and and check it, but I did ask AI. Supposedly, some of these segments here might be related specifically to electronic media. It certainly doesn't rule it out at a bare minimum. Okay, so that's what this part is about. There's two different portions to it. 5510.3B and 5510.36A. two different violations that they had in there. Um, okay. So, he failed to adhere to those. And also take a look at this. When Edward Lynn was arrested in Honolulu trying to flee to China, Edward Lynn was trying to flee to China on September 11th, 2015. So, let me just pause there for a second. When all of this crescendo happens and Edward Lynn gets arrested, he has been FBI stung by a honeypot at told to admit and now suddenly he's fleeing to China and they catch him right before he flees to China. I'm going to go ahead and tell you Edward Lynn definitely got somebody called Edward Lynn and told him they got him, right? That's how like that's why he fled to China. He was fleeing to China because he knew he was about to be arrested and he knew he was cooked. So he gets caught trying to flee to China. They go to his house and he's got a bunch of notebooks with handwritten notes about his operations and operational details in them. Holy [ __ ] My sources that worked with him at the VPU2, which I now am very confident are legit, they told me he got rolled up with flash drives during that arrest when he was trying to flee to China, that they caught him with flash drives. Now, it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't include that in this because they're trying to make it so that people can't connect this to the videos because if somebody finds those videos on the internet just like we did, they're going to connect it to Edward Lynn just like we did. So, they can't have anything about videos and anything like that and flash drives in the in the official court documents, but there we go. So they dig into his house and they find a whole bunch of handwritten notes and he says, "So these are the general things that we think he violated. He didn't register classified agents. He had trips that he lied about. Like the dude was doing a lot of sketchy [ __ ] In fact, if I think about this now, I'm wondering, no wonder they thought he was a spy. I think he's a spy now." I'm going like, "How is this guy not a spy?" But I'll tell you why he's not. You know why he's not a spy? He wasn't doing this to help foreign countries. He was just doing this because he was egotistical. He was just doing this for his own self- value. Look how cool I am. Look how special I'm And this is exactly what the people that worked with me told me. The people that worked with him or worked with him told me they thought he was the golden boy. And then they also told me they thought he was put on the VPU to get caught as well. Who knows? Okay, let's keep going. One of the first violations here, and these to me are probably the the least important, but maybe they're more important than we think. Before this all happened, February 2015, he landed in San Francisco and he gets caught with two pieces of paper. These pieces of paper have special instructions marked secret on them. Secret when filled in. These are like secret access codes or something like that. These are apparently things that they put in the planes, but you can just grab. habits like a piece of paper and then you just take it with you. But you're not supposed to, obviously. So, we know he was taking [ __ ] out of secure facilities that he should not have been taking. We know for a fact cuz it's right there. So, when you wonder how did those videos get out? Well, we know this guy was stealing [ __ ] We know this guy was writing stuff down in notebooks, telling people. He fits the profile. I remove these two pages. Chat, if you think there's going to be a lot of yachts tonight, get ready. I I don't know how this guy can't be the MH370 video leakers. Listen up for this next sentence right now. I remove these two pages from secure storage after a deployment mission in 2014. Uh, what deployment mission was that, Mr. Lynn? Mr. Edward Lynn, I'm very, very, very curious to know what deployment mission these two cards you decided to keep were. Because here's what I'm thinking now. Hey, I'm just a healthcare IT guy, guys. I'm not a criminal investigator or anything like that. But you know what I'm thinking in my head now? I'm thinking Edward Lynn leaked the videos. He was part of the operation directly or indirectly. And he took a bunch of evidence. He took a bunch of evidence to prove that he was to protect himself or to brag about it. I mean, he recorded videos of it. Maybe he had information about it in his log books. He probably took the flight codes from the night of the operation. Because I'm just thinking about this and I'm going, this doesn't feel like he's randomly doing these things. They're trying to present it like it's a bunch of random stuff that's not connected. But what if it is? What if it actually is connected? What if this whole case is all about MH370? Let's keep going. So, he knew it was wrong and he gave it to them and they destroyed it basically. Which is pretty damn weird. But here's the thing about this. This is not the kind of thing you're going to go to jail for. This is the kind of thing where they're like, "Okay, that was weird. You shouldn't have done that." But mistakes happen. Right? In fact, almost everything in here is the kind of stuff where individually it's pretty minor. There's no way you're going to prison for any of this stuff. I'm sure this kind of stuff happens all the time. Not for malicious reasons either, like forgetting to say that you met some girl that turned out to be a foreign agent or something. So, how are you going to even know half the time? But even if you do know, people just don't adhere to all the rules all the time. Anyway, but in the context of all of it being together, in the larger context of the videos, it definitely seems interesting. Listen to this information about the notebooks. This notebook detail is absolutely crazy. Upon a search of my home in Honolulu that I consented to, federal agents found several notebooks. I made notes in the notebooks. I never kept these notebooks in secure storage. The notes are in my handwriting. Some of the notes contain national defense information marked at the secret level. The notebooks were not classified secret. I was not authorized to store secret information in my house. Uh people are trying to say that you like at a bare minimum debunkers have to admit this guy perfectly fits the profile of the leakers of the MH370 videos. You have to admit he perfectly fits the profile. Confirmed stealing information, classified information out, taking information out of secure settings. confirmed storing and taking personal handwritten notes of his operations. Confirmed passing information to other people where it could easily get put on the internet. All the details fit. The timeline is perfect. We haven't even got to the good part. We haven't even gotten to the good part yet. Now, the next part here, and this is going to be a little bit repetitious, so I'm going to skip past this part, but essentially, there are multiple foreign contacts. Number one is Janice Chen of Taiwan. That one we know AI was able to figure it out just like that. That's related to one of these. The other two are two Chinese women that we were not able to figure out. We might be able to figure them out. I didn't do that. I didn't look that hard. I'm not trying to dox a bunch of random people, but it might become important. Okay. Now he says, "How did he find out?" I think this one is Janice Chen. I could be wrong, but he had frequent contact with them. I think this is the Janice Chen one from Taiwan from 2012 to 2014. And this timeline perfectly matches with when he started getting his congressional liaison duties with the uh with the Navy. This is going to be important. We're going to come back to this, but let me say something real quick. According to public record, Edward Lynn was a congressional liaison to the Navy from 2012 to 2014. February of 2014, Edward Lynn gets assigned to the VPU2 Wizards according to public documents. That's one month before the plane disappears. So, what are these charges related to? When we look at the timeline, the timeline perfectly matches, perfectly ends once those videos leak on the internet. So, he met with her a bunch of times, socialized. Also, he basically when you read about his contacts, he was friends with these people. They were also in Washington DC. they were technically, you know, they're technically uh working with the Taiwanese government, but Taiwan's our ally. Taiwan's our ally. So that's why this isn't as important is as significant as it may seem. Because when we look at these foreign contacts, he's like, "Yeah, my my kids are friends with their kids. I knew them and I didn't report that this I had this contact." You could probably do this to most people in the military would be my guess. Maybe not most, but most people that were, let's say, naturalized Taiwanese citizens that have become American citizens, you know, of course they're going to have Taiwanese friends and contacts, right? They're like literally from Taiwan. Okay. Um, so and this one right here, G, this is Janice Chen. This one is Janice Chen. You can tell because he met her in 2008 at Tus University. says she was a FAPA, foreign agent of Taiwanese party. Um, he says that he talked so much about her. This is some kind of legal speak that they say here where like they were such good friends and they spoke about so much random stuff that he can't say exactly all the things that he said to her. So, it seems very generic. And then here are the two Chinese nationals and he says he had a duty to report these people but he didn't do anything about it. Now, one more thing before we move on to the next charge here. As you can see, we've gone through the first two charges here. Was that the first two? How did I miss that one? Where's number two? Is that charge one and two? Or did charge two just get dismissed? Confused here, huh? Yeah, I guess I guess there's only three. Maybe that's why I was confused here. So, that one was generic. Now what I want to point out is that he was also charged initially the government charged him with prostitution, soliciting a prostitute and adultery. You say Ashton [ __ ] chat. I'm not even going to scroll up here, but you can scroll up to these documents and it literally says they charged him with prostitution and adultery. Like it's 1920 or something like that. Like you're charging this guy with espionage and you're you're throwing adultery and prostitution on there. Why? Because they were trying to show that he had low moral character. It all makes sense now because what did we just read? He's keeping notes. He's stealing [ __ ] from the that he shouldn't be taking out. He's not registering foreign contacts. He's leaving the country and saying he's going to different places. And you go, "Oh, okay." because we don't really have a specific thing that we can prove. We need to show that he's just generally low moral character. So, we're going to throw prostitution on there. We're going to throw adultery on there. That's why they threw those charges out because they were stupid. They were stupid charges. End of the day, we look at this and you realize this has nothing to do with prostitution and adultery. And even if he was sleeping with these Chinese women and Taiwanese, who cares? Who cares? At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter. It was what matters. He was giving them information he shouldn't have been giving them. And if they're [ __ ] spies, then he definitely shouldn't. This could have been fang fang bang bang for all we know. Some Eric Swell situation. Now, let's go to the next part. This whole charge, charge three, is all about him not reporting his foreign contacts and leaving the country. Then this one is really damn weird. So, he says right here he had a leave request and he said on his leave request um that he was going to go home. He put his address on there that was home for his leave request and then he went to Taiwan instead. During when he went to Taiwan, he met with the Chief Naval Operations, the Vice Admiral of the Taiwanese Navy. What the f? I don't even know what to make of this. So during what? He's just lying about leave request, flying to Taiwan, and meeting with one of the highest ranking people in the Taiwanese Navy. So Edward Lynn was super connected. That's what I get from this. Edward Lynn was pinging around with like top people. Yeah, he was probably actually a spy. He was probably a spy for us. That's what I have to assume. And you look at like, why was he treated so nicely for what he did? Because he had the connection to the highest level. Why is Edward Lynn not talking to Ashen Forbes? Because I got this dude dead to rights. I got this dude exposed like I haven't ever exposed anybody else in my whole life. I can see right through this man. So anyway, he meets with his vice admiral. Um, and he initially set it up. So, they were actually able to prove this easily. I wish I was a spy chat. Oh, let me I want to talk about this real quick. I guarantee you a bunch of the UFO people, especially the military ones, they for sure thought I was a spy when I first came out. Cuz what do you what I want to tell you tonight, one of the main reveals, this wasn't just a CIA operation. MH370 had military involvement. It had to. You can't run an operation on a civilian airliner in the South China Sea without the military being aware. There's just no way you can pull that off. And then you realize, holy [ __ ] no wonder people aren't talking to me. I'm exposing like like some criminal [ __ ] where a lot of people a lot of people are totally [ __ ] if this comes out and you realize that's why they're not talking to me. So then you realize they would obviously I would think I'm a spy if I'm revealing this suddenly out of nowhere and I came out of nowhere and I'm revealing that's why I feel so guilty about doing this. I wish I was exposing some Chinese [ __ ] or some Russian [ __ ] Then I wouldn't have to feel bad about this. That's our super secret weapon that keeps us safe. But they're literally hiding teleportation. I just watched a plane teleport out of the sky, man. You're hiding physics. It's beyond being a spy or not being a spy. And in fact, anybody who gets found to be hiding this, yes, your life's going to get destroyed. Well, we had to hide it because uh we really needed the uh to be able to be 10 level power levels higher than Russia more than we already are. We're almost to the good part now. Here's another leave request where he lied again. And this leave request put him away from the VPU2 wizards. Um, oh, this is the one where he was caught, I think. Yeah. So, the second one was where he gets caught. So, this one is crazy to me. Now, I already mentioned it, but I'm going to repeat it. This literally means he was fleeing to China. And if you look at his other fake leave request, he didn't go to China. He was going to Taiwan in his other leave request. I think that what happened is this. China got involved with him. Those Chinese contact women that he was pointing out up there, they were probably literally Chinese spies and they probably came to him and they were like, "You're [ __ ] dude. You leak these videos and America's going to put you in prison forever. Come to us. Give us all the information and we'll protect you in China. we'll give you amnesty in China. And he was like, I'll take it. I have no choice. He was like, I'm either going to spend the rest of my life in prison or I got to go flee the country right now. And he fled the country. And they caught him. That's that has to be what that is. I like literally want to debate people on this. I don't even want to debate Andrew Wilson anymore about aliens and stupid [ __ ] I want to debate people on the Edward Lin case because this is compelling as hell. Someone tell me that's somehow not him trying to flee to China after he found out that he's about to get arrested. That's definitely what that is. Let's get to the good part. You think it's wild? You haven't seen anything yet because now we're getting to the meat and potatoes. Now we're getting to what really went down. What really Edward Lynn did. Are you ready? Let's do it. So now charge number four, we have this stipulation here that applied from April 12th to May of 2014. There it is. Take a look at that date right there, chat. Look at when that date ends. May of 2014. The MH370 videos leaked on May 19th, 2014. May 19th, 2014. Huh. During that time, I lawfully had access to information related to national defense, which I believe could cause injury to the United States if disclosed and or aid a foreign power if disclosed. By information and here it gets specific by information related to the national defense. I mean information related to the capabilities of special projects patrol squadron 2 VPU2 wizards and details of the US Pacific Fleet activities that were closely held. Oh baby yes. Holy [ __ ] chat. Anywhere, anytime. Gorgon Stair, you're all thinking it. I'm thinking it as well. Gorgon Stair wide area motion imagery. What What would it be that the VPU had that he was giving information out about? The VPU2 that he joined in February 2014. Remember those dates up there? We know when he joined the VPU2. it was February 2014. So now I can look at those dates up there and I can go, wait a minute, I can shorten that from February 2014 to May of 2014. That's the three four months in which Edward Lynn must have done this. And those four months, guess what happened in those four months, chat? Do you know what happened between February and May of 2014? Oh, a commercial airliner disappeared out of the sky and was never seen ever again. But there's two videos of it happening on the internet, both from surveillance platforms that nobody has ever seen before. And here is Edward Lynn in this stipulation of fact from 2017 stating straight up he leaked capabilities related to the VPU2 wizards and details of the US Pacific fleet activities. First thing that I'm thinking right here, he had to have been connected to the operation. He had to have been connected to the oper. He knew about the operation. He knew about the MH370 operation. He didn't even have to be on the operation, but he could have. And one more side thing I want to point out here, Edward Lane doesn't have to be the leaker of the videos. It can literally be anyone in this whole world. I, Ashton Forbes, is the only person that found Edward Lyn and connected him to these videos. Also, this case doesn't have to be about the videos either. This case could be about anything else in the whole world, but it's not. It is about Edward Lynn. Edward Lynn is the guy that leaked the videos. This case is about those videos being leaked. That's what's so insanely crazy. That's what's so insanely compelling about this. This is us literally finding a needle in a haystack and going, "What the actual hell? How did this happen? How did we find this needle in the haystack?" And you say, "How did I find him?" Good question. How did I find him? In October of 2023, and there is absolute proof of this because you can find all my podcast interviews going all the way far that far back and my live streams. I searched on the internet for somebody that would have consistent charges with leaking those videos. And you want to guess what? It's not that big of a list. If you look at the people that were charged with national defense leaking, espionage, it's only a couple per year. And so I just started going through Navy, Marines, Army, because there's lists. And I just started going through the lists and it took a couple weeks. But when I got to Edward Lynn, I was like, "Whoa, this is crazy. This guy's got signals intelligence experience. He's part of some secret program VP I've never heard of before." And I was just like, "He has to be the guy somehow. I mean, there's nobody else." So, I just assumed he had to be the guy. I didn't know any of this stuff you're reading right now. If I knew what you're reading right now, I'd say there's no question he's the guy. No question. Oh, and one more thing. The very first part of this, I'm going to scroll up for a second. We're going to come back to this of this stipulation of fact says right here, the following facts, including the facts contained in the addendum to this stipulation that is classified secret. There is literally a secret addendum to this that has the exact details of what it is that he leaked. I was on the phone during lunch today with the foyer office lady trying to figure out how I have to foyer request this. Holy [ __ ] We'll come back to this super chat, but thank you so much. Much of this national defense information was also contained in the special projects patrol squadron program manual which delineated what information was classified. I also received training when I checked into VPU2 not to discuss the details of my work with members of the public or even members of the military who are not granted access to this information. Holy [ __ ] Do you want to wonder? Do you wonder why so many military people don't recognize the videos? I mean, some do, but a lot don't because this is not standard surveillance. This is surveillance that they don't even tell the military people about. This is super secret pro program that he's on. And what they're saying here is that it clearly stated in the VP2 manual, this is the stuff you're not allowed to talk about. This is the stuff that you can't ever mention. This is the stuff that you can't take notes about. And he did. He talked about it. So this is basically, if I had to guess, this is him telling them about wide area motion imagery and how wide area motion imagery works because Whammy was brand new back in 2014. 2012 2014 Gorgon Stare and Whammy was brand new. They were working on increment 2. So, my guess is he was out there telling them, telling these Chinese spies, telling these Taiwanese people how the whammy worked, just like I was trying to explain to people what that footage is of the plane. People going, "What is this? Why is there a mouse on the a cursor on the screen?" Cuz it's whammy. People don't know what the hell that is. It's a drone. A drone is flying up here and it's taking photos like this like but like hundreds all the time. And then they feed it to a computer and the computer can literally make a video game, can make a model where you can interact with it and view stuff and do what you see in that video. And that is massively classified, really secret. So when you look at the videos, the MH370 videos, it's not just the magical plasma orbs and the unlabored acceleration that we see them doing to the plane, although that's the most spectacular part. But from a national security perspective, the surveillance systems themselves are extremely classified, too. So, not only did we catch a black operation, we also catched magic plasma orbs that aren't supposed to exist. We also caught them literally solving physics and not telling anybody. And we also caught their super secret surveillance systems that no one knew existed either. So, you want to wonder why is Ashton black ballalled uh sidelined? It's not really a big mystery. Basically, nobody wants this level of disclosure. There's nobody out there like, "Yeah, let's just go ahead and destroy national security and tell the world about our surveillance systems and our super weapons and our free energy and how we lie to them." So, there you go. Okay. During my assignment to the Pacific Fleet, what what chat? Also, do you want to know why I'm getting why we're at half mass right now and we're we're rising up quickly here? because we're going to be able to prove this [ __ ] because I can see the threads that we can pull on this that will expose this whole thing because we have built because I have specifically built such a powerful narrative that now if one domino falls over Edward Lynn's whole case is going to be exposed and laid bare. That's how close we are and I can feel it in my bones. Listen to this next part. Edward Lynn was assigned to the Pacific Fleet. This is also the same timeline. I had access to closely held information that related to US Pacific Fleet activities in the PACOM area of whatever that stands for, area of reach. Some of that information was classified secret by Paccom original classification authority. Okay, chat. I already foyed the original classification authorities. What they did was the damage was so bad they had to go and have all these uh governing bodies go and review the data and figure out how you're going to classify it. And so this is where the debunkers say, "Well, Ashton, if you leaked the videos, they would have it should have been leaked as top secret. If you put it as top secret, everybody wants to know what it is. Whatever they classify doesn't matter as long as it's classified in a secret level where no one can look at it. Plus, I'm not sure that even has to be top secret. You might say, "Hey, that's our super secret weapons. So what? We probably got a lot of super secret weapons. That's probably just one of them." You're a little naive if you think that's all we have. Those surveillance systems probably not top secret. If Edward Lynn had access to those videos, then I don't then how can it be top secret? Edward Lynn's a random guy in the VPU2 Wizards. He's not the president. So, I want to point that out. While assigned to Pacific Fleet and Joint Task Force 519, I had lawful access to the plan and participated in an exercise of the plan as part of Joint Task Force 519. What? No, actually what what the hell does this mean? I don't know how to interpret this other than this was an operation on MH370 and the plan is the operation on MH370. What other exercise? What are you talking about? What exercise would be related to your court marshal that you would that would be revealed? What plan? that the way they word it makes it sound like oh we were just doing standard operational plan for uh a search and rescue uh you know preparation like no this had to be an actual operation otherwise this isn't going to be documented in your court marshal in your trial and this brings up a new thread joint task force 519 remember what I told you Edward Lynn was the liaison for Congress or for the Navy to Congress until 2014? When was he part of Joint Task Force 519? Someone walk me through that? The only timeline that makes sense here is he was part of Joint Task War 519 as part of the VPU2 Wizards, which we know started in February of 2014. But this is what's really weird. Are you ready for this? This is where it gets bizarre. Joint Fi Task Force 519 shut down. In fact, nobody knows when it shut down. If you ask the internet, the internet will say Joint Task Force 519 shut down in 2013. There's no reference. There's no source. And what's weird is this might literally prove that wrong. If Edward Lynn was part of Joint Task Force 519 as part of his VPU2 wizards, that means it definitely existed in 2014 because he wasn't part of the VPU2 until 2014. Now I'm smelling a snake. I'm smelling a rat. Chat, I'm smelling a rat. Something is fishy. Now I'm thinking, did this task force get shut down because Edward Lynn leaked these videos on the internet and part of the damage assessment was that we got to shut down this whole task force because it's a security breach or security risk. It turns out task force 519 is not a normal joint task force. It has no home base and it is set up to do operations against China. Not making this up. It was set up to do operations against China and to respond to contingencies and emergency events. Let me recap. Edward joined the VPU too February 2014. He was also part of Joint Task Force 519. We don't know exactly when, but it seems to be also the same timeline. That task force responds to emergency events and runs operations on China. The letter to Ashen Forb said that the whole operation that we see in the videos was a message to China related to engineers on board the plane. And now I'm thinking about this and I'm going, the VPU2 wizards were doing the surveillance for the operation. They not just doing the surveillance. The real thing they were doing, do you know what the VP2 was doing, chat? I think we can nail it. They were listening for China's response. The operation was going down. The CIA had the batteries ignite, turning the plane around, making the plane turn around in the South China Sea, the contested South China Sea, where we had been fighting with China over the rights to the South China Sea. And Edward Lynn or the VP2 Wizards, they are they're intercepting communications from China to see if China figures out what's going on, to see if China realizes their plan now just backfired. That's what they were doing. That's what their role was. Now, there's another angle to this. I'm open to any I've always been open to any possibilities. But what if MH370 was in the wrong place at the wrong time? What if it wasn't related to the semiconductor engineers? Although I think it was, but what if it wasn't? What if MH370 was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and they saw something they they shouldn't have seen? An emergency happens and now America responds and says, "We can't let this plane hit the water. We can't let anyone find out what happened." Like maybe we hit it with a weapon accidentally and we say we got to send it to Diego Garcia. We got to orbit away. Whatever we got to do. Why do I think there's some merit to that argument? The reason why is Obama, they didn't seemingly have a cover story ready to go. We didn't get the cover story till 5 days after the plane disappeared. I would have thought if we had a whole plan, we would already had the cover story all ready to go. But instead this cover story develops five days in wall walls going we're first looking over here in the South China Sea then we're looking in the Nicabar Islands now hey no no America says stop looking in the Nicabar Islands where we literally teleported it start looking in the South Indian Ocean anyway not sure what I can say is I am very confident now that it was CIA and military I'm going to play a clip before we go back to the uh end of the stipulation of fact here because I think we need to press this guy a little bit more. >> What do you think Trump will do in this day one? But uh the thing with Russia, China, Taiwan, North Korea, Trump will come in and he will say, "All right, everyone, first of all, everyone stand up as I sit down. I'm the adult in the room. Everyone knock it off." Which they will. But right now, uh China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, they they've got until January 20th of next year. And then they they know it. It's coming. But and again, the Malaysia flight too was a was one shot at China saying, "Knock it off. How is this guy not being pressed more about this? He ghosted me right after this. Are you kidding me? This is the man that killed Osama bin Laden. And he's literally out here saying the Malaysian flight that went away was a shot at China. Six generational warfare. By the way, sixth generational warfare is like literally time and space manipulation. I didn't even know that was a thing. How does he even know that's a thing? And how does he know that? How does he know this? I'm literally the only person on the world saying this. And he never was my follower. He didn't never say my name. Certainly didn't say my name right there. We know how he knows. The same way Edward Lynn leaked those videos. Because if you're in a certain level, if you are a celebrity in the military, if you are the golden boy, you get inside information. Your commanders tell you stuff or you recognize surveillance footage. People in the military look at those videos. They got to know they're real. If you've seen Gorgon Stare, you know you're looking at Gorgon Stair. Your question is, did somebody fake this somehow? How? Right. We're going to talk about what comes next, but I want to read this last part first. So, he says he knew about this plan that was closely held. He knew this wall assigned to the joint task force and nothing occurred to change this during 2012 2014. This is specific legal wording that means that this is the time period by which the grievances occurred. This is the time period by which the leak of the information occurred. Sometime in that window right there and we know if it is the videos and it's 2014 is when the main thing occurred and the rest of it. Why the 2012? because that's when he developed the initial relationship with the people that he was leaking the information to. It's a crescendo, right? He meets the spy, he starts a relationship, he starts telling them information, they get closer and closer and closer, and then he leaks them the MH370 videos. Boom. It all blows up. Right? That's the story that I'm getting out of this. Now, here we go. This is the FBI agent sting. Here we go. I communicated national defense information to a person not entitled to receive it. Specifically, a woman I believed was an immigrant from Taiwan known to me as we'll call her Mrs. X. After meeting with Mrs. X a couple times, I believe she was hired as a contractor by Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I later learned that Mrs. X was an undercover FBI agent and her name was whatever X was an alias to to protect her true identity. I met with Mrs. X on five occasions in August and September of 2015. I met with her in Starbucks and other restaurants in Honolulu. During our conversations I had with her from August 2015 to September 2015, I disclosed information contained in the addendum to this stipulation chat. When I read that, maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it feels like what they're saying here is that he didn't re reveal something unique. He revealed something that he had already leaked and told somebody about. The story that I'm getting here is that they knew he leaked something and they were trying to get him to admit that he leaked that thing to this FBI agent so that he would admit it and that's why we see these other charges. Otherwise, this would be the whole case. And now that we start to put all this together, we're starting to wonder what was the deal with that weird thing about going to Taiwan and meeting that vice admiral? How does that connect to any of this? Does it? Maybe it just doesn't. It seems like they threw a bunch of superficial stuff in here that on its own, sure, is not good, but doesn't really add up to espionage. So, he met up with her and told her information that's contained in the addendum of the stipulation. She never asked him to reveal national defense information during our conversation. She did provide opportunities for me to discuss my knowledge as a Navy officer. I knowingly tried to impress her with my knowledge of the US Navy, my deployment expertise, and our US Navy capabilities chat. It's a really good pickup line if you come in and you say, "Hey, baby. I know how to teleport. I know how to give you some motion that you've never seen in your whole life. Actually, it probably doesn't work at all. I have no idea. Anyway, so he told her about a capability. He says, "Based on my education, training, and military operational assignments and knowledge, I knew that certain information communicated to Mrs. X closely held national defense information. I should not have disclosed that information to a person not entitled to receive it." And then this is the rest saying even if she was FBI agent, it's whatever. Um, reasonably should have known that. And then I knew at the time my communication was unlawful because I had been given access to information that was closely held and I was trained not to disclose such information and the Navy had not declassified nor authorized disclosure of this particular national defense information. I mean, I'm just telling you, if it wasn't the MH370 videos in operation, how would this sound any different if this if this was the MH370 videos, how would this sound any different? That's exactly what it would sound like. He didn't just tell her about the videos. He told her the context of the operation. He tells her, "Hey, United States did MH370." And they go, "No, he didn't. What are you talking about? Crash in the South Indian Ocean." He goes, he goes, I'm I'm a little bit more knowledgeable than the average dude from Taiwan, right? And then that's what he was doing here. And interestingly, he was trained, read that part, he was trained not to disclose such information. This isn't even necessarily interesting for the Edward Lynn case. This is interesting for the Eric Davis case. Eric W. Davis. Eric Davis is lying in his interviews to protect national security. Eric Davis and Hal Pudof are the ones that helped develop this [ __ ] for United States government. They're not alone, but they are absolutely complicit in developing this for United States government. And they are trained on how to avoid question. This is why the debate between Eric Weinstein and Eric Davis was so awkward because Eric Davis literally is like trained to not be on he's trying to be on Eric Weinstein's side. Train to be on that side. That's why it's when you go with someone like me who has no NDAs. You can tell I don't have any NDAs. Nobody talks like I do when when you got a whole bunch of red tape that's make that's uh threatening to throw you in prison. Let's keep going. We're almost there. Okay, the next part. This is the juicy part. I communicated national defense information to a person not entitled to receive it. Specifically, Mrs. This is Janice Chen. This is Janice Chen. We think I don't think we can say 100% but I'm 99% sure this is Janice Chen the same one from up above that we were reading. This is her again. I met with Mrs. Chen on more you know what just in case I might get sued I'm going to use a different name here. I met with Mrs. Y Miss Y on more than one occasion and emailed with her while I was assigned to FMBE between 2012 and 2014. I knew Miss Y was representing the political interests of Taiwan in her role at FAPA and DPP. Miss Y would forward me opensource articles and ask my opinion on them. So wait a minute, Janice Chen, Mrs. Why? Miss Y, she would send you news articles and ask your opinion on news articles, open- source articles. Interesting. During the conversations I had with her from April 12 to May 2014, why May 2014, chat? Why did it stop at May 2014? I just I got to know. Why did the conversation stop on? Oh, cuz some videos leaked on the internet. Maybe I disclosed information contained in the addendum to this stipulation. Holy [ __ ] I want that addendum, chat. I want that addendum. I How can it not be MH? It was the biggest story in the whole world between between February 2014 and May 2014, the biggest story in the whole world was MH370. And this says that she was sending him open-source letters and asking his opinion on them. And and you would say, why would you do this? Because Edward Lynn was somebody who was in the know. He was in the know about military operations. He would have been in the know if United States was responsible for the plane disappearing. This is exactly the type of person I was looking for that has the profile of being registed on cuz regided naan is going to be somebody that would have gotten the information from him and that was trying to push that information online indirectly and would have not know would have been potentially asking him to what happened to the plane or you know where the plane is or can you use your sources to figure out where the plane's at? And he goes, "Oh yeah, I know where it is. Here's the videos right here. This is what we did." Now, I'm guessing and now I'm wildly guessing that this was the end of the relationship. When she uploaded those videos, Edward Lynn knew he was cooked because he knew he was the one that gave her those videos. And even though he didn't directly upload them, and even though he probably didn't even want her to upload them, and I'm not saying she upload them, maybe anybody did. We don't know. Once once the videos lose chain of custody and they're out in the in the wilderness, anyone could have uploaded them, right? She she forwards them to her brother. Her brother puts them on the internet. Who knows? Let's keep going. She says she knew this was closely held national defense information. I knew this while assigned to the joint task force 519 and nothing changed between 2014 and 2012 2012 and 2014. So once again they're putting this wide timeline on here, but we know based on the timeline the joint task force thing had to be 2014. This timeline actually should be a lot more narrow. Unless I'm misunderstanding something and you can be on a joint task force and a congressional leaison at the same time. Maybe you can. I don't know. Seems hard to be in in Washington DC and you know a part of a joint task force in the Pacific at the same time, but not sure. I knew at the time the communication was unlawful because I had been given access to information based on assumptions necessary for the plan was told not to disclose them and the Navy had not declassified the plan. So the plan the plan there's no way the plan is some random routine exercise. They're trying to make it sound earlier like this plan, this 519 exercise he took a part in was like, "Oh, yeah, we were just practicing for something." No, dude. This was definitely a black operation that he leaked, right? Because you look at this. What plan are you talking about? That's got to be a black operation plan that he leaked. He was taking notes of his operations. They government wouldn't go after him for something mundane. Oh, you were you were doing a random exercise and you told information about a completely mundane exercise. Who cares? How does that harm national security? It doesn't. Us running an operation on China, us running an operation on a civilian airliner damages national security. Hurts it a lot. The addendum contains the particular information that was closely held by the United States government and communicated to someone who is not entitled to receive it would degrade the ability of the US Pacific Fleet to conduct its mission. Its whole mission is literally running operations on China. Revealing the videos absolutely degrades the Pacific Fleet's ability. In fact, that's the number one moral quandry I have about revealing the videos. Is degrading my own military's ability to do their job. I literally can't understand how can this cannot be the videos. How can this not be the videos? And I look at this and I think they're talking about the same information in all three paragraphs. The information he leaked to the FBI, the information that he was stealing, the information that he leaked to Janice Chen or Mrs. Y. It's all the same information. It's all the MH370 videos. He leaked the videos and he told people about it, too. And he said, "We did the operation." Isn't that what this whole case is about? Doesn't that make all the sense in the world? H I reasonably should have known this communication could be used to injure the US or aid a foreign power because my status as a Navy officer who had been assigned to Joint Task Force 519 could confirm the details of the closely held information. YATSI. BOOM. That is exactly what I wanted to see. Thank you, Bob Lazar. Holy [ __ ] His information corroborates the plan. This is why Edward Lynn can't talk to me. It wasn't just him saying something. He gave them physical media with the videos on it. He gave them videos with the the media on it and he told them what they were looking at. That's what this is saying right here. Holy [ __ ] Because just the videos on the internet. So what people say, why is that even MH370 in the videos? People say, "How do you know that's a United States operation?" cuz I'm [ __ ] smart. That's how I know I'm [ __ ] smart. But technically, China doesn't necessarily know. I mean, they can tell from the context, but the reason why it's so damaging is because Edward Lynn can come out and say, "I was part of the VPU, too. I was part of that operation." The reason why it's credible. No one believes those videos are real. The reason why it's damaging is because Edward Lynn proves it's real. That's why they were afraid of him. That's why they're still afraid of him and they should be. That's why Edward Lynn has more power than he thinks. That's why they made him take five years of polygraph threat to throw him back in prison. That's why they didn't kill him or or put him in prison for the rest of his life cuz they're terrified that if he has a a dead man switch or his sister starts talking or somebody else because it's not just him that knows about this. If these people start talking, their whole little cover up just falls apart, evaporates in the blink of an eye. All that work they did to cover this up, completely destroyed because of my training and regulations that applied to me when I was stationed at Packfleet. I knew at the time that communicated information that communicated this information to her was unlawful. And then here you go. Just in case anybody thought this was fake, here's all the signatures, including Larry Younger's signature. The lawyer that we kept trying to get in touch with, the lawyer that someone did get in touch with that claimed the feds brought satellite video into the case. chat. We have a credible person who contacted Larry Younger, the lawyer, about nine months ago or a year ago and claims that he said the feds brought satellite video into the case. And you're going, "Look, take everything I just showed you there, and now add on top of that that Larry Younger, the dude's lawyer, got caught not realizing that he was talking to somebody who was trying to get information out of him, basically corroborating the Gorgon Stair videos in that in that classified file because Larry Younger has seen it." Okay, chat, what do we do from here? That's the stipulation of fact. If that was compelling to you, imagine how I felt reading that the last couple days. That is crazy to me. Now, what do we do from here? Number one, the original classification authorities. Somebody reviewed the evidence Edward Lynn leaked and they had to determine a classification. I've already foyer requested. I'm going to make sure I'm going to redo my foyer request because it was like JC, PACOM, AFCOM, etc. that all reviewed it. I think it has to go to each one of them individually. We're going to get those original classification documents. Also going to go after the um the classified addendum. Going to go after that. I already sent in foyer requests, but I'm going to read you these as well. Four, joint task force 519. This is probably the biggest new thread. The evidence in that document directly implies that Joint Task Force 519 was not shut down until 2014 at the earliest. And that Joint Task Force 519, if the MH370 videos are the hidden document, what's that Pokemon? The hidden uh evidence. If it is the MH370 videos, then that means Task Force 519 was almost certainly connected to the operation. And it makes sense. Their whole mission plan perfectly aligns with that operation of being against China. Now, why is this big? Because here's how we can prove it. If I'm right, and remember, anybody could have leaked those videos. Edward Lynn's case doesn't even have to be about MH370. If it turns out Joint Task Force 519 was shut down because of a data leak, data breach, that proves it. That proves it. That proves that it was Edward Lynn and that Edward Lynn leaked videos, real content, real media, and that it had to be big enough that they had to shut down an entire joint task force due to the leak. It has to be the videos. Has to be. That's how we prove it. That's our number one way. So, I have foyer requested the reason for why Joint Task Force 519 was shut down. cuz I guarantee it's going to be some sketchy ass [ __ ] The thing was set up for like 15 years and then suddenly they just shut it down with no and say nothing about it and it's all over this guy's case and we had no idea before this before this document came out. I had never expected some huge thread that we can just yank on like that. Additionally, I'm also foyer requesting any connection between MH370 and joint task force 519. I probably should do the same for the VPU2 wizards as well. So, there's multiple different angles that we can go at here. Another angle is to go after the investigative notes in the NCIS criminal case. Not just the court documents, but the actual notes from the NCIS case will also corroborate this whole thing. If I'm right in the way that I've lined up the evidence is actually how it played out, the NCIS's case is going to basically prove it all very easily. When you read it from the with the context of the investigators without all this wording jargon they put it in that we just read, it's going to be obvious how it all played out. Now, let me just see. I think there was one more thing. The stereoscopic video angle was the original version of the Gorgon stair that we found on the internet. The oldest one is stereoscopic, which means it's like two videos that have been squished down side by side like this and it's the same video, but it's slightly different angles. That is extremely compelling, too. That probably is the original format because it probably is 3D. The Gorgon stair system is probably 3D. I'm guessing ultimately it's not that big of a deal either way. But if we did see a detail like that, that's a good point. If all of a sudden they talked about a stereoscopic video, we'd be like, "Well, okay, there you go." So, point being, there's a lot of different ways now, more ways that we can prove the videos are real. But the biggest one is definitely Joint Task Force 519. If we can prove Joint Task Force 519 was connected to the disappearance of MH370, game over. Why? Because we have Edward Lynn that we know was tied to it. So, think about it like this. If we can just prove task force 519 responded to MH370 was in any way involved. That proves the whole thing too. Now because of this connection to Edward Lynn from his case trial that no one knew about. That's the reason. This is the reason why I did this all publicly. Because just for a situation like this because you imagine I didn't do this for the last two years. Didn't do this all publicly. this wouldn't be nearly as compelling. But now that I already made all these insinuations and now you're seeing the evidence unfold and it certainly doesn't disprove anything I've been saying, I'd say it significantly supports it.
