This video debunks the flare theory for plasma orbs through visual comparison with decoy flares and parachute flares. A 2011 video shows two energy orbs being hit by a projectile that splashes everywhere but the orbs reform and stay hovering. Decoy flares clearly look different with dispersion patterns. Parachute flares have smoke trails and descend rapidly to the ground. The orbs leak from below rather than falling and can reform after impacts because a magnetic object inside produces the plasma. A 2013 video from Iran shows a plasma orb being shot at with dozens of projectiles over Tehran capital city staying up whole time demonstrating this is not targeting practice.
